It began inside a 17- foot food truck with the burning desire to change the way guests perceived food truck cuisine to be we have always believed that Mexican food should be MORE! In the heart of Sugar House, El Cholo has been serving classic dishes and margaritas in a traditional setting since 1923. Reservations recommended. We have complimentary parking behind our restaurant. Free street parking is plentiful. Also, AFTER 5:30PM we have secured the lot next door at the Kimball Office Complex at 2178 South 900 East.
