About the restaurant
Yuta was the name the Ute Indians called the area and themselves, meaning "mountain top" or "people who live high is the mountains." Legend has it, when Spanish explorers arrived and asked the natives what this area was called, they were told "YUTA." Its mountains have seen many cultures pass through or inhabit, starting with the Uto-Aztecan Native Americans; then, the Utes. As US western expansion continued, more cultures moved through the area – from as far away as Eastern Europe and China. Drawing on all of these cultures, we are defining a regional cuisine true to Utah, featuring a wood-burning hearth, and with Lynsey Gammon, our Blue Sky farmer who uses the ultimate in organic farming practices.

We had the absolute best time! This was just a casual dinner with my husband, 10mo kiddo, and parents. Everyone was so attentive and kind. James, our son, was provided with a high chair that actually worked for a baby so that was wonderful. Food was delicious!

Translated from the Japanese phrase " I leave it up to you," Omakase is a formal sushi experience lead by our world class Chef Yu Yamamoto. Chef Yamamoto brings this cultural experience to life with 16 meticulously curated courses featuring a variety of traditional and unique alpine-inspired flavors in an immersive dining adventure unlike any other.

This intimate experience is offered at $175 per person, and is limited to 8 guests per experience. Reservations required 24 hours in advance. This experience has limited availability, and, due to its nature, we are unable to accommodate all dietary requests.

Everything was perfect except the atmosphere. We sat at a booth but felt too far way from each other so moved to small table. Lighting could be dimmed to give a more cozy intimate environment. Food was perfect. Music great. Service exceptional.

This is our go when in PC. Outstanding service! The fig and trout dip starters are recommended and the elk entree is amazing! Cocktails are great too!

The Alpinist was amazing. The food was extremely high quality and it was obvious the chef took a lot of pride in what he was preparing. The waitress was great and professional. The ambiance was beautiful. Overall this was a great experience.

Fireside Dining features four courses served from stone fireplaces in the mountains of Deer Valley. A full bar is available, as well as specially selected wines and imported beer to complement our cuisine. Horse-drawn sleigh rides are available for hire or consider an adventurous trek before dinner on snowshoes. Another fantastic dinner at Fireside Dining! Charles and the rest of the staff took excellent care of us. We look forward to visiting 2-3 times per winter season. It’s our favorite restaurant in Park City!

The food and the service at Pine Cone Ridge were fantastic. The menu is a gastronomic delight for the palate from the appetizers through to the dessert. They have a very nice cocktail menu as well as a large wine list. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice restaurant in Park City.

Great server (and team) that knew the menu very well, food and drinks and offered great guidance. The food was great from appetizers to the main courses to desert. Would highly recommend it!

excellent experience - we have been patrons of what was once the Seafood Buffet for as long as it was running - the rebrand to Cast & Cut is lovely - only things we missed were fresh green salads and ribs! :) Our server Chelle was wonderful!
