This intimate experience is offered at $175 per person, and is limited to 8 guests per experience. Reservations required 24 hours in advance. This experience has limited availability, and, due to its nature, we are unable to accommodate all dietary requests.

As we thoughtfully refresh and renovate this beloved space, we are committed to preserving its rich history, from the hand-painted murals to the antique dining chairs adorned with the hotel’s signature stag emblem.
During this time, the Goldener Hirsch menu will be available in the Antler Lounge, where guests can continue to enjoy the culinary experience that has become a hallmark of this iconic restaurant. Executive Chef Senthil Krishnamurthy will continue to lead the culinary vision, ensuring every dish reflects the restaurant’s heritage and seasonal inspiration.
Savor the summer menu and, of course, toast to the day’s adventures with cocktails on the terrace.

We have a $50 per bottle corkage fee and guests are permitted to bring a maximum of two bottles per party. All seating requests are noted, but not guaranteed.

Yuta was the name the Ute Indians called the area and themselves, meaning "mountain top" or "people who live high is the mountains." Legend has it, when Spanish explorers arrived and asked the natives what this area was called, they were told "YUTA." Its mountains have seen many cultures pass through or inhabit, starting with the Uto-Aztecan Native Americans; then, the Utes. As US western expansion continued, more cultures moved through the area – from as far away as Eastern Europe and China. Drawing on all of these cultures, we are defining a regional cuisine true to Utah, featuring a wood-burning hearth, and with Lynsey Gammon, our Blue Sky farmer who uses the ultimate in organic farming practices.
