Renowned British filmmaker Guy Ritchie partners with The Lodge at Blue Sky to open a second installation of his outpost restaurant, WildKitchen, which is featured in the Netflix hit series The Gentlemen. Perched atop a scenic peak with sweeping views of the Wasatch Mountain Range and Rockport Reservoir, this epicurean experience redefines the notion of a “bush kitchen.” Guests will experience a nightly set menu that is earthy yet elevated, where Chef and guests interact through cuisine inspired by the bounties of Gracie's Farm and locally sourced proteins. Savor the bold flavors of open fire cooking, where each course is touched by smoke and flame. The menu will be delightfully complemented by flights of Guy Ritchie's beer, Gritchie Brew, along with featured wine pairings and signature cocktails.

Drawing inspiration from its Austrian namesake, Executive Chef Senthil deftly marries the plentiful bounty of local Park City pastures with Bavarian specialties to create delectable modern alpine cuisine. We are currently open for daily Alpine Après and Dinner service, as well as Saturday and Sunday Weekend Lunch. Join us for live music on the patio every Friday and Saturday from 3-5pm. We have a $50 per bottle corkage fee and guests are permitted to bring a maximum of two bottles per party. All seating requests are noted, but not guaranteed.

We had and amazing time dinning at the Goldener Hirsch. Ony our waitress went above and beyond describing food menu items and cocktails as well, Definitely recommend to try the bison cowboy was top of the notch. Also you can’t skip dessert the summer fruit cremeux was unbelievable, definitely coming back for the winter time!!!

Food was impeccably prepared and presented, the flavors as good as what you expect from a fine dining establishment of this caliber (white fish and duck entrees were perfect), our waiter was beyond helpful with great suggestions and nailed the wine pairings, and the bartender John (as well as the second bartender sorry I forgot your name) was perhaps the most considerate and passionate mixologist we have met in years. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We look forward to visiting many more times if this is a standard night at your amazing restaurant.

This is our first time eating hear. We had seen lots of great reviews so we decided to tryfor ourselves. It was easy to reserve a table through OpenTable. We arrived and were immediately seated and we had our waters within minutes. Our drinks came quickly but our food took longer than expected. The food was delicious and served hot. We’ll definitely go back again.
