The Wardroom is situated on a prominent corner in historic downtown Easton, Maryland, in what was formerly The Brick Hotel — considered a marvel of its time in the mid-19th century. The gastronomic, European-style shop and bistro offers handmade pastas, house-cured meats, and artisanal chocolates from top French chocolatier, La Maison du Chocolat. Both a pasta and wine bar, the Wardroom’s menu consists of authentic Italian pasta dishes, cheese and charcuterie plates customized for each guest, and seasonal salads and antipasto dishes. The basement houses an extensive wine cellar and intimate tasting room called The Locker, as well as a temperature-controlled cheese “cave,” and a kitchen where chefs produce fresh pasta each day.

Food is consistently delicious! Haven’t had a bad meal yet! Fried Oysters, Lobster and Pork entrees are our “go to” favorite entrees and have always been perfect! One of the few restaurants in the area that is consistently good… The staff is welcoming, warm, knowledgeable and so pleasant!!!

Nice place! Building and grounds are top notch. Manager and server also. Food is fine but menu offerings are only adequate. We go for fine dining but other restaurants are more to our liking for good eating.
