Our waitress was great. Very informative about the food and just great with her service. Unfortunately we did not like the hamburger-very small, no onions or tomatoes - the rest of the food was good and the oysters great

This place is an absolutely epic experience. Truth be told we booked for the ambiance. Imagine our surprise when a pirate themed bar with a periodic thunderstorm a la rainforest cafe but BETTER (think bubble guns, lifejackets, captains hats, and more) also had wonderful food! The staff absolutely made it. They get so into it. The decor and vibe is on point. They had a special crab and corn chowder that was to die for. This place is truly one of a kind. If you are in Cambridge, you have to go here… full stop.

The guacamole and garlic tostones are perfect! The margarita and martini perfect. Service perfect. The grilled shrimp , coconut rice and tacos PERFECT. Of course, every time we eat here it is a lovely dining experience.

Food is consistently delicious! Haven’t had a bad meal yet! Fried Oysters, Lobster and Pork entrees are our “go to” favorite entrees and have always been perfect! One of the few restaurants in the area that is consistently good… The staff is welcoming, warm, knowledgeable and so pleasant!!!

Nice place! Building and grounds are top notch. Manager and server also. Food is fine but menu offerings are only adequate. We go for fine dining but other restaurants are more to our liking for good eating.

Ava's St. Michaels takes limited reservations. The best way to get a table is our Call-Ahead Waitlist. Please call us at 410-745-3081 about an hour before you arrive and we'll text you when your table is ready. If you plan to "dine with your dog" on our patio, please call ahead even with an Open Table reservation. There is a two-dog limit at any given time.
