1722年の宿をそのまま使っている。小ぢんまりとした建物は移民時代の生活感すら感じさせ、それが料理に一味加えている。アメリカ料理は総じて塩味が強いが、ここもまた塩味が強めの料理なので、ケアが必要な方はオーダーの時に一言加えた方が良いかもしれない。料理は美味しくいただけました。
