Incredible experience - truly no notes. Everything that was brought out from start to finish was magic. I don’t want to share too much and spoil the experience! Just trust that it is well worth every penny.

A very relaxing and beautiful venue with lush gardens to stroll. I highly recommend dining with ladies or anyone because the menu items are delicious and presented with care along with attentive service while enjoying the veranda and view..

Private dining rooms are also available for groups of 8 or more. Breakfast is served Monday through Friday, 7 am to 11 am. Brunch is served Saturday & Sunday, 7 am to 2 pm. and features $6 mimosas and $8 Bloody Marys. Lunch is served Monday through Friday, 11:30 am to 2 pm. Excellent service and delicious food!!! Would definitely return to try more dishes! Celebrated our anniversary and so sweet of the restaurant to provide a champagne toast and custom dessert!

EVERYTHING from the drinks (mocktails too! ) appis, entres, to the desserts was FABULOUS!!! Everyone loved it. Parking was good, people all really nice and hostess even helped when it did get busy. The only cons: Noise level was huge! Server wanted to take whole order to stage it rather than allowing us to do our timing (they didn’t seem terribly busy for most of the night). They charge 6% on the bill which the server explained was ‘to compensate for the Medicare taken out of his bill!’ What? I own a business and have trouble understanding why they don’t build that into their price. I tip 20% to servers but wow 25% on a bill was crazy. Having said all that, would certainly go again !

I’ve been to many restaurants around the world. I never given five stars to any of them, but this one deserves it. Food, service, ambience all excellent. Staff are fantastic. Food flour was just first class.

Herb & Wood in San Diego is an absolute gem—stylish, vibrant, and effortlessly cool. The décor is a perfect blend of modern elegance and artistic flair, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. We enjoyed a fabulous happy hour that felt like a steal for such an upscale spot. Every bite was outstanding—from fresh oysters and melt-in-your-mouth hamachi to rich, flavorful oxtail pasta and a unique rabbit pasta that was perfectly done. The grand finale was a showstopping strawberry soufflé—light, luscious, and unforgettable.

Really cute place for a nice dinner. Food was pretty simple (in a good way) with quality ingredients. Service was very prompt and friendly.
