Lomonte's Italian Restaurant & Bar is located in Houston. It's an elegant restaurant that feels comfortable for guests on any occasion. The natural wood floors and furniture, painted stone walls and home-style decor pieces help to create an atmosphere that promotes conversation. This is a family-friendly restaurant and has been owned and run by the founder, Barbie Lomonte, since 1986.

At Lomonte's Italian Restaurant & Bar, guests can order an array of high-quality Italian dishes and pair a drink of choice from the full-service bar. Some of the popular dishes from the menu include Lomonte's beef lasagna, lobster ravioli, pistachio-crusted chicken, catfish picante, veal con limone and delicious eggplant parmigiana. We offer delivery through Doordash, UberEats and Favor. Lomonte's Italian Restaurant & Bar is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday and only dinner on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

Always dependable, delicious food and drink at this neighborhood gem! It's easy to go back each time for "your faves", but don't miss other yummies on the menu - and ask what they have "off the menu"! My husband loves their surf & turf and that filet is like butter! Most of all Barbara's courteous, competent team, led by Tina, make dining here a real pleasure. She remembers regular customers' seating preferences and has their go-to cocktails in the ready for their arrival. And be sure to ask if one of Houston's most venerable Somms, Rick Jamail, is there the night you go. Last night he once again, proved his exceptional knowledge of the well-aged red we chose. First nose and sip were tenuous, but he decanted and let it breathe while we enjoyed our first pops and starter course. An hour later, with our entrees, it was swoon-worthy. Thanks Master Rick!

Amalfi does not disappoint! Our guests from California were impressed and loved every course from pizza hot from the pizza oven to over the top seafood entrees and baked Alaska for dessert. Everyone left feeling completely satisfied with promises to return to Houston if we visit Amalfi again. That’s an easy request to honor! 5 Super Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We sat outside on a good night and were comfortable and enjoyed the quiet. We had mixed green salad, Caesar salad, pepperoni pizzac chicken parm, chicken marsala. All were excellent. All the staff and especially server Chris were excellent.
