The Spanish Heritage special was delicious and was priced fair. Caesar salad, 8 oz Argentinian filet with mashed potatoes and green beans plus cheese cake dessert was a great meal. All 3 steaks for our party wet great. Always a great time at Varga’s.

We absolutely loved everything about this place! Friendly staff, great service! The food was excellent! We had a wedge salad, the ribeye , Brussels sprouts and the mac and cheese. We were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us a free dessert, we had the blueberry lemonade cheesecake and it was delicious! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Galveston!

Easy reservation with Open Table and they accommodated my request for window seat and server Devin. I took Devin’s suggestion for Michael Snapper with Beurre Blanc sauce and not disappointed. Gaido’s knows how to properly season a dish - not too much like some restaurants where “If a little is good, more must be better.”
