Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. Amazing food and great wine - server was attentive - only negative was food came out very fast - no gap between starter and main - otherwise can’t fault it

This place is just simply amazing from the beautiful decor, to the wonderful staff to the amazing food and cocktails. The fire performers were also so cool. This restaurant knocked it out the park on all fronts. For sure recommend.

Always a family fave-- Romeo was his usual excellent and attentive self (along with his assistant, who kept my ice tea topped off), the food was great and FAST, and the price was a deal with South Point's coupon. Thanks for the wonderful meal, starting with our favorite fideo soup and ending with churros!

We ordered the chicken tacos and was surprised as the were delivered to see that they were now pre-built. They were not nearly as good as before when you got to build them yourself. The tortillas were wet underneath and fell apart as you were eating them. Still tasted good, but certainly doesn't showcase your delicious tortillas as they did before. Would probably order something different next time. Didn't care for the soggy tortillas.

Food was awesome as usual. However, I feel the need to specially mention our outstanding server, Fernando. He was attentive but not obnoxiously so. He made sure we had everything we needed and was fantastic throughout the meal. I would definitely go back.
