Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduating
culinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-
chef at Hotel Nogamiya.
While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. When he
was 35 years old, he joined Tofu Kaiseki Restaurant as their head chef.
During this time, he also studied French cuisine for 3 years, training under a Head Chef who had on-
the-job experience working in a prestigious French fine dining restaurant.
Chef Azeuchi quickly became the sous chef in the restaurant. When Japanese Crown Prince
Naruhito - now known as
"His Imperial Majesty the Emperor"- made a royal visit to Kagawa Prefecture, Chef Azeuchi
entertained him with his beautiful dishes.

Padre e hijo crean una experiencia culinaria italiana única, sirviendo a Las Vegas por más de 20 años. Mimmo,el hijo, creció en el negocio y, después de graduarse de la CCA, se fue a Italia. Allí trabajó con algunos grandes chefs de la Toscana. Él y Gino, el padre, crearon un menú para satisfacer los paladares más exigentes con platillos tan premiados como; Osso Buco, chuletas de cordero, filete de res de primera calidad, conejo, pescado mediterráneo, pastas y panes hechos en el lugar. Además de los Gnocchi de papa de Momma Ferraro. Mientras Mimmo se ocupa de la cocina, Gino trabaja en el salón comedor y se encarga de ver a los clientes. Su especialidad es recomendar vinos italianos de su lista de vinos premiada con el "Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excelence", la cual cuenta con aproximadamente 900 vinos con la "la mas variada colección de vinos italianos en Estados Unidos", además de una gran selección de California, Francia y Australia. Muchas estrellas han cenado en Ferraro's. Cuando la gente viene a Ferraro's, se crea una relación de confianza en su experiencia culinaria.
