Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine was opened in 2017 by owner Amelia Eesley, a long time restaurant professional, who wanted to bring to Tulsa the dining experiences she loved while living in New York. Since then Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine's has succeeded in producing top notch seasonal cuisine lead by Chef Andrew Donovan. The experience at Amelia's blends the open wood fired kitchen with the beautiful candle lit ambience of the dining room; setting the stage for romantic nights, special occasions and celebrations. Located in Utica Square, the restaurant still maintains much of the character its predecessor left behind, but the kitchen has been updated and the menu is continuously revised. When the weather is nice, the patio is open and dogs are more than welcome to visit The Wild Fork with their owners.

There is a complete wine list to order from at The Wild Fork. A popular lunch item is the Wild Caesar salad served with olives, feta, artichokes and parmesan. For something a bit heavier, try our lobster pasta with lemon butter sauce, toasted bread crumbs and capers.
