As with every one of our Bill White restaurants (Grappa, Chimayo, Wahso, Windy Ridge, Ghidotti’s, Billy Blanco's), Sushi Blue is, first and foremost, eye candy. In the main dining room, there is elevated tatami seating for the adventurous, along with regular tables in the main dining area. To the rear of the restaurant is a lounge/bar area and sushi bar.

The eclectic, pan-Asian menu runs the gamut from sushi and sashimi to Korean street tacos, Thai beef salad, bánh mi sandwiches, American burgers. If you’re eating sushi, be sure to ask about our nightly specials!

Extraordinario, la atención fue excelente, el sabor de las comidas fue lo max , la presentación de la comida excelente y los precios muy bien, le doy max puntaje , el sitio es bello y uno se puede quedar hasta la una hablando ! Me gusto demasiado y ademas esta en un centro comercial que es bellísimo y tiene mucho donde estacionar! Todo fie perfecto y la gente que atiende las mesas son los mejores el joven que nos atendió es lo max de caballero! Que bien , es poco lo que digo para lo mucho que merecen ! Mis felicitaciones!
