In 1996, Alfredo Di Roma opened its doors in Mexico City to invite us to discover a magnificent selection of Italian dishes. Mauro Chiecchio, executive chef of Alfredo Di Roma, was born in Vicoforte, Italy. He did his culinary studies at the Instituto Professionale Alberghiero. His dishes accomplish an authentic Italian flavor.
