   It was very nice, however, very club like, more of a fun party atmosphere than a quiet evening with a view. Expensive and trendy, food was good but it I wouldn’t go back for it. I would go back for a fun evening with friends to hang out and drink.

   What a disaster!!! As we sat down for our dinner service at 6:30 pm my wife and I were excited to have a wonderful meal before the theater across the street at the Kravis Center. A glass of wine, an order of sea bass, an order of crab cakes and an order of scalloped potatoes......what could go wrong. No appetisers as it may cut into our time for the theater. Five minutes later wine arrives and so does bread (thank God). At 7:00 pm I thought it would be a good time to follow up on the status of our entrees. They are on their way, states the waitress and the wait continues. Being very patient at 7:15 pm I ask again. "There is a mix up in the kitchen and your ticket got pushed behind" stated the then annoyed waitress as she gets an attitude with our inquiry. Five minutes later, the manager(?) said there is a computer system failure and they are doing their best to get food out. Needless to say that did not sit well with me as we would have to woof our food down to make the theater. But, he is personally going to the kitchen to get our meal. Ten minutes later it is now an hour, not food, no manager BUT, and let me repeat myself BUT, the table of four who sat down 30 minutes AFTER we sat down had their food delivered. At that time we left and the waitress said don't blame me "I just work here". We exited to the reception table and asked to speak to the manager and waited ten minutes for someone to show up but no one did (I was not surprised) but the waitress who followed us to tell us again "Don't blame me I just work here." So now it is 7:45pm, no food and hurried to make the theater just in time. We were told the manager, MICHAEL LOTERO, will call us but that has not happened, yet. This is unexceptable from Ruth's Chris Steak House and they should be embarrassed to say the least.

   Another great meal at Ruth Chris WPB. Had a table on the upper level and had Nancy as our server,she was fantastic! Both our meals,the sea bass and filet, were prepared perfectly! Ended up sharing a cream brûlée dessert which was delicious. Can’t wait to return.

   We had a wonderful experience having a family dinner. Everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Our waitress nancy was very nice. If in the area we'll definitely be back.

    I came to this restaurant expecting a high-end experience, but what I encountered was something far more troubling. From the moment we walked in, the staff’s energy toward us felt off—cold, dismissive, and rushed. Despite arriving on time with a reservation, we were seated at a cramped table in the very back of the restaurant, near the kitchen, while other parties (who arrived after us and appeared to be white) were escorted to prime, well-lit tables near the windows. We initially gave the benefit of the doubt, but as the evening went on, the pattern became too obvious to ignore. We weren’t the only Black patrons being seated in the least desirable part of the restaurant. It’s subtle, but it’s real—and it’s not acceptable. The food was fine, but at this price point, the experience should be flawless. Instead, we were made to feel like second-class guests in a place we were paying a premium to enjoy. Service was slow and indifferent, a stark contrast to the attentive treatment we saw other tables receiving. Restaurants like this thrive on image, but when the hospitality is selective and discriminatory, no amount of presentation or plating can cover that up. We won’t be back—and we’ll be sharing this experience widely. It’s 2025. Do better.
