    My husband and I have been eating at Ruth’s Chris all over the country for about 13 years. It’s a little sad to say I don’t think I will go back. The service is always good but the food quality has diminished significantly. At this point I’m almost positive that the mashed potatoes are instant. Presentation no longer matters. And for a steakhouse, my steak has been overcooked the last few times we have dined with them. To go in and spend around $300 and not have top tier food, is upsetting. We have had a poor experience at several locations and I think they need overall revamping across the board. The food quality is poor.

    We have been going to Ruths Criss every year for our anniversary and it has always been outstanding and this year was no exception. I was very disappointed that there is a dress code and most of the people followed it, but one couple had shorts and in no way conformed to the dress code. I would have like it if the management had enforced the dress code.

    Very pleasant evening, celebrating our 53rd anniversary. The staff was were all very nice and pleasant. We have been there multiple times and have loved it.

    1st time to Ruth Chris... best meal I ever had. The filet was cooked to perfection and had lots of flavor. The sweet potatoe casserole is a must do... if you like other sides then do it as a dessert, it's that delicious and sweet. Also they had a German Chocolate Martini that was probably one of the best desserts I ever had. I will be back for sure.

    Superb dining experience, personable staff as well as professional staff. My spouse, guest, and myself had a wonderful time. That’s why we come back regularly. Special shout to Savanna who takes care of us each and every time we come to Ruth’s Chris.

    As one expects with Ruth’s Chris, this was an excellent dining experience. We arrived about five minutes before or reserved time but we’re seated immediately. The table had been prepped with confetti as I had told them it was our anniversary when I made the reservation. Service was prompt, professional and very friendly. The manager also stopped by several times during our visit to ensure everything was as we wished. The food was superb and cooked perfectly. We had crab cakes as an appetizer. They were delicious. Sometimes crab cakes can be more binder than crab. Not so here. These were almost entirely composed of exquisite lumps of crab meat. We each had the filet, and again perfectly cooked to order and seasoned just right. As advertised, both the steaks and the crab cakes arrived at the table sizzling on 500 degree plates. We shared grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes and finished the evening with a crème brûlée. The chef had written Happy Anniversary on the serving plate in chocolate. Truly an excellent experience from start to finish.

    I have been going to Ruth's Chris every year for over 20 years and I will not be returning the food is not the same quality especially the steaks. Since the company has been sold they must be getting the steaks from a different place. The servings for some of the side dishes are smaller than they use to be. I was very disappointment and this was the restaurant we would celebrate our anniversary at every year. Time to find a new place.

    Outstanding experience. Bartender was fast and efficient. Our server was incredible, and the food was to die for. Rib Eys, Pork Chops all perfectly prepared. Strongly recommend this location. First Class.

    We came here for my fiancés birthday dinner. Wonderful experience per usual, the only thing that did upset me was we were charged $52 for a $12 bottle of sparkling wine. As a business owner I understand markup for profit but 3-4 times is excessive.

    The server’s where putting food in front of the wrong people. Not only once, but all night long. One member of my party ordered a drink, and we had to remind the waiter twenty minutes later that he didn’t bring the drink. I wish the servers would have asked us who ordered what if they were not sure.

    Typical higher end steakhouse. I’m a grass fed beef/ free range organic chicken person. Organic vegetables too. Ot wasn’t the farm to table food I prefer but the other 5 people in our party absolutely loved it. Good service, extremely friendly staff, not 5 star but good service.

    Order the New York strip medium came out very rare twice. 😫 i had been wanting steak from there so bad but it just wasn’t right didn’t even taste seasoned how it usually does. So i just ate my boyfriends chicken breast which was good. Lemon drops were great and our servers were great 😊

    Enjoyed a pleasant,well prepared special dinner. Waiter Michael was exceptional! Very knowledgeable and careful follow up. Great team work. Meals were exceptional. Lamb chops, crab cakes and sauteed spinach. Fresh well prepared salad. We enjoyed our dining experience.
