The experience was wonderful. When we arrived they had all of our arrangements ready. They ushered us to our table and the service was extremely professional and accommodating. The manager came over to our table to make sure everything was fine. Can’t wait to go back.

Had a little trouble getting seated but the food was excellent as always. Loved the Ruth Chopped salad, warm bread and perfectly cooked steaks. $225 w/ tip and 2 9oz glasses of wine was a fair price. Solid service.

Worst experience ever at a Ruths Chris. I'm eating at this location multiple times over the course of the last 5 Years and this was without a doubt the worst experience I've had. Restaurant was not full yet had to wait over half an hour to get the table that I had reserved for 7:30 p.m. we then proceeded to wait another half an hour before we were even offered water or asked for a drinks order. Food was mediocre at best calamari was so overcooked it was an inedible and was sent back twice. I've always had good experiences at this location but I will not return in the future.

We were two couples from NY in St Louis for two days. The restaurant is in the Hyatt Regency where we stayed. It was the end of a long day and we wanted a light dinner. We requested a table in the bar and ordered drinks and six appetizers to share. Our server Kyle was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious but I didn’t give it five stars because the ravioli came out of the kitchen cold. Kyle quickly corrected the problem and we enjoyed them along with the rest of our meal.

Our last night of our 5 day trip to St Louis and happy we made the reservation at Ruth Chris prior to our Cardinals game. Loved being the first reservation of the day! Perfect salad, steak service and atmosphere.

Took my son for his birthday. Our steaks were excellent as were the lobster, the sweat potato casserole. the shrimp cocktail and the lobster appetizer . Nick our server was personable and professional
