My wife and I were there for a taste masters champagne dinner. The environment was superb and noise levels were minimal. The food was fantastic and the service by Jemele was superb and well paced. GREAT EVENING!

We were not greeted for about 30 minutes after being seated not even with water or a simple “ill be right with you “. It was also my birthday and i don’t get acknowledged for it at all & once I said something to the waitress the only response was “they didn’t tell me “ which when reservations was booked it was clearly stated.

My wife’s sea bass was woefully undercooked. We let management know and they were willing to replace the order with something else but my wife had lost her appetite by that point. My steak was cooked well but seemed of average quality. Our server Weston was excellent though.

My wife and I are at a conference in St Louis.. the restaurant was in our hotel.. our dinner was fantastic and our server did a nice job.

The experience was wonderful. When we arrived they had all of our arrangements ready. They ushered us to our table and the service was extremely professional and accommodating. The manager came over to our table to make sure everything was fine. Can’t wait to go back.

Had a little trouble getting seated but the food was excellent as always. Loved the Ruth Chopped salad, warm bread and perfectly cooked steaks. $225 w/ tip and 2 9oz glasses of wine was a fair price. Solid service.

Worst experience ever at a Ruths Chris. I'm eating at this location multiple times over the course of the last 5 Years and this was without a doubt the worst experience I've had. Restaurant was not full yet had to wait over half an hour to get the table that I had reserved for 7:30 p.m. we then proceeded to wait another half an hour before we were even offered water or asked for a drinks order. Food was mediocre at best calamari was so overcooked it was an inedible and was sent back twice. I've always had good experiences at this location but I will not return in the future.
