We love Ruth's Chris for special occasions. Last night was not a great experience. We had dinner for my birthday. Our waiter was also taking care of a large group doing some sort of meeting. We were fine until this group came in and then our service somewhat slowed down to a halt. I understand he was busy but we waited for about 20 minutes to get our check before asking a manager for it. I also had to ask him about dessert. Honestly I was at Outback Steakhouse the day before and had much better service. I realize this is comparing apples to oranges but for the difference in cost Outback gets my business in the future every time.

Went to Ruth’s Chris with my family and friends for Easter. Everything was wonderful. Great staff, food, beverages (the hibiscus margarita was fantastic), and the timing of the meal was perfect. Thank you for a great Easter brunch!

They ran out of baked potatoes, which was very disappointing for this type of restaurant. And, after getting water, we waited a full 25 minutes before our server came back to take our order!

Great meal on Easter and it was great. My kids had no plans so we booked them a table and they had a great meal. The pork chop, filet, lobster macaroni and cheese, and potatoes are the best.

We went for Easter brunch. They had a special brunch menu and their regular menu available. The kids ordered steak from the kids menu and we ordered from the brunch menu. All our food tasted good but the food was all cold. This is atypical for this location so not sure if it was due to being a holiday. Otherwise service was great.

Food was sub-par. The burgers were over-cooked, the fries were soggy, the Caesar salad was extremely poor quality. Not really a Caesar salad. The complimentary birthday cake was excellent. Koodoos to the pastry chef. We were seated in a far corner of the restaurant. The AC was blowing on us. The table was crowded. For a while, we thought this restaurant was improving, but our last two experiences were very disappointing and way over-priced for the quality of the food. We will not return in the foreseeable future.

It was my birthday. We don't dine there as much as I would like because it is a few miles away. I will say it is the same every time A+++++++. There is no dining experience better. If you want the best, Ruth's Chris is it. I have been in many foreign countries in my 3/4 of a century, so I feel like I can speak with a little knowledge. It is not a Texas Roadhouse price, but what a difference. Trust me. You won't be disappointed DJ.
