   The service for our birthday girl was first-rate. The food was not. The restaurant has dropped its long time specialties of shoestring potatoes, spinach and bacon salad, and sautéed mushrooms. The substitutes are just ordinary. And my steak was as tough as I have had in many years. Gone are the days of a filet so tender and well cooked so that the weight of the knife was enough to cut it.

   Service was top notch snd food good. Only downside was way overpriced entrees. They need to adapt to the new economic environment and serve affordable food.

   We have eaten at Ruth’s Chris in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Hawaii, LA, and a few other cities. Today was our first time to try the restaurant in Seattle . The one we ordered were told was not available , and upon leaving, we saw the exact bottle displayed in the wine cellar. Very disappointing. Our server got our drinks wrong , did not bring our daughter’s apple juice, brought the wrong ice cream and was generally pretty poor. The service at Ruth’s Chris everywhere else has been exceptional, and we were very surprised and disappointed that it was this poor.

   We eat at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse pretty often, and it never disappoints! The steak is always cooked to perfection juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. The consistency is amazing, and we know we can count on a great meal every time. The service is always top-notch too, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Whether it's a special occasion or just a regular night out, Ruth's Chris is always our go-to for an exceptional dining experience. Highly recommend!

   Restaurant was great. Food was great. Service was great. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the valet went missing for about 20 minutes

   We visited Ruth's Chris Steak House to celebrate a birthday, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The steak and crab cake were absolutely delicious, and the beautifully decorated birthday cake for our celebrant was a thoughtful and lovely touch. Thank you, Ruth's Chris Steak House, for your attention to detail! However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. The mashed potatoes were too watery for my liking, and the asparagus was severely overcooked—it was lifeless, dry, and completely lacked juiciness. Additionally, the staff member who cleared our plates after dinner seemed rushed and appeared unhappy, which added a slight sense of tension to the evening. Despite these points, it was a good experience overall. Thank you to the team for helping us celebrate this special occasion!
