Tonight I decided to try Ruth’s Chris for the first time with my mom. I was a little concerned I was underdressed but thankfully not, they do not adhere to the business casual they say. There were people in sweats, sweatshirts, one guys sweatpants were half down his butt but thankfully him and his date got up and walked out. Now onto the food, the appetizers were amazing which made me have high hopes for dinner. The soup came out and was also delicious, then came the main course which was steak and lobster, the lobster was great but the steak was not so great, it was extremely over cooked and tough for a filet. They did offer to recook it but it had already eaten so much that wasn’t an option so desert was offered but unfortunately no real concern for my disappointment. The manager had been around to several tables but not ours which was disappointing considering our meals were over cooked, yes, both steaks not just mine. For a higher end steakhouse I would have expected better. Don’t think I will be back unless it’s just drinks and appetizers.
Fuimos a celebrar el día de Acción de Gracias y nos encantaron los cortes de carne eran de primera calidad y en cuanto la atención les pongo 5 estrellas al mesero Zaheer fue muy amable en recomendarnos nuestros platillos. Recomendado 100%
Wonderful food and service
Food and service were phenomenal. Nice check in with the Manager David, to make sure everything was going good. Always perfection at this restaurant. Love having you back! And the Paramount theater too!
The staff and service were top notch from the communication before we arrived to the service we received while we were dining. A very classy upscale experience was provided.
The food and service were top notch! Steaks were cooked to perfection. The waiter was very attentive and precise.
Great experience and awesome food. Server did a superb job!
Porterhouse for two: filet side cookedperfectly, New York side extremely uneven—from very well done to rare. Very inconsistent taste and texture. Spoke to GM, who said they had a new guy on the broiler. Didn’t change anything though.
Crab cakes: 2 of 3 crab cakes had some bad crab in them. GM comped.
Server didn’t know how to serve wine. We changed from individual glasses to a bottle. We had to ask for new glasses. She didn’t offer anyone a taste, and she then poured the men’s glasses first, and each glass was poured to a noticeably different volume.
Bartender and hosts were wonderful.

Disappointed in both the filet and burnt crab cakes
No value for the price

The food was great and the service even better! It was a quiet evening which was nice.
So tasteful !!!
Nelson was a fantastic server. Food was delicious.
Impecable service: food was outstanding and drinks were superb five stars in each category. Love the sprinkle of festive cutouts they added to the table to creative a special atmosphere. First class all around
Birthday. Our waiter took matters into his own hands, brought out a special Bread Pudding cake, with a candle. Top msn!
Once again had a lovely night at Ruth Chris. Steak is consistently cooked at desired level. Staff was very kind and left us alone as we were catching up with a friend. Can't wait to go back again!
We went to Ruth's Chris to confirm a previous perception because of a recommendation of a friend. The service was awesome but the food was not at a value we would expect from a restaurant of this level. We ordered a Porterhouse, Bone In Cowboy Ribeye, Crab Cakes, Lobster Mac/Cheese, Creamed Spinach, Brussel Sprouts, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Spicy Shrimp, Crab stuffed Mushrooms, Chocolate cake, and Creme brulee.
The only thing that was memorable was the Mac/Cheese which is unfortunate. the steaks were just OK, they werent very juicy and they tasted a little bland.
I dont think i will be going back.
Had dinner reservations for Saturday at 9:30. I ordered a large seafood tower and was told they only had a small, so I agreed. 10 mins. later the waiter came to tell me they were out of seafood towers all together. It went downhill from there. Our chateaubriand was over done and the waiter acted like he just wanted to go home for the night. and the atmosphere was of the waiters breaking down all the tables so they could go home. I felt like I was being rushed. I have dined at some of the best steakhouses in the country and honestly, I have had a way better experience and food at an Outback steakhouse. So... having said that you must know how bad it was. Not to be bashing Outback but ,I'm just saying.....

Wife and her sister going to a show so we wanted somewhere close to the venue. RCS was right around the corner.. Promotly seated at our reservation time. Zaheer our waiter was awesome, very attentive and fun, yet professional. Ribeye, T-bone, sea bass, Brussels sprouts, baked potato and asparagus. T-bone was a bit over the medium I ordered but it was still delicious. Everything else was spot on. $440 for 3 people having cocktails and wine isn’t out of line for a quality meal.
First, was able to get in earlier than our reservation which was awesome! Then sat at bar and had amazing service, timed the food arrival perfectly and cooked to perfection. Had petite fillet and it was just the right amount. Wouldn’t recommend the bread pudding; should have gone with brûlée. Great experience!
Our server was great. I didn't like the seating area the host had the hostess attempt to seat us upon arrival. Upon requesting to move the host was rude in stating "this will be the last and final place I can seat you. The second place they attempted to seat us was right by a little stairway where people were going back and forth. When I requested to move they sat us in a small tiny booth and that's when he made that rude statement.
Fantastic as always. Great service. Streaks to perfection. Comfortably spaced diners allowed for quiet conversation.
We had a delicious dinner and dessert. Our waiter Sean was fantastic, attentive, friendly
Mouthwatering seared Ahi tuna followed by crab cakes with the perfect, buttery crust. Our waiter went above and beyond to accommodate us, and the host made us feel they were truly pleased to have us. Expensive by some accounts, but the adage “ you get what you pay for” is never truer than an evening with Ruth’s Chris!
It has been a long time since we have been out and we’re so excited to return to Ruth’s Chris. The food was incredible and better than we remembered with the steak just melting in our mouths. While we truly enjoyed the food (Fantastic work kitchen team), we also loved our server. Josh was friendly, funny, courteous, and made some outstanding recommendations. Thanks to you all our return to restaurants was one of our best nights our ever. Look forward to visiting again soon!
We needed quick service in order to make a show at The Paramount, and server Joseph was superfast and helpful. He accommodated the special dietary restrictions of two in our party with no difficulty at all. The steaks (Filet, Petite Filet, and Ribeye) were incredibly delicious, although the ribeye arrived medium rare rather than rare as ordered. Though the meal was expensive at ~$300 for three people, it was worth the money. We will be returning.
Our waiter Jeff went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. Definitely recommended and will be coming back
Simon took care of us and did an outstanding job. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and it was the first time we visited the Ruth Chris in Seattle. Normally we would go to the Bellevue location, but that has closed. Easy to use the valet at the Grand Hyatt next door. Nice touch as they gave us a small glass of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Ruth Chris seasonal classic, in our case the steak and lobster tail, was perfect. As this comes with a choice of soup or salad along with a desert - its priced very reasonably. Glad we decided to make the trip into Seattle to enjoy the experience.
Great atmosphere portions are very large, perfect for date nights.
Food is good, but not excellent. For the price I would expect superb food. The caeser salad had a bit too much dressing. The dressing did have a good flavor with lemon and garlic, just too heavy.
Steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly. We had the filet with shrimp. The shrimp was also good.
The service was the weakest link. We sat for about 10 - 15 minutes until our server checked in and the restaurant was basically empty when we were there. Our server also wore heavy cologne which would be best to have left at home. It competed with the wine and food tasting. He was also a bit affected and a bit supercilious. I left a 20% tip, but the service was worth about a 5% tip.
This was our first time coming back since lockdown. We are so thankful for our wonderful experience and our 5 star server, Joseph.
Had dinner with my son; great service, perfect filet mignon, and the sides were to die for. We started with cocktails and our server recommended an almost perfect wine pairing. For dessert we had the espresso martinis... man were they good! Not sure dinner can get much better than this.
Josh was amazing as usual and so glad to see him again.
Best service with great food and nice environment
We started with Christopher and then someone else. Both, were very professional but when leaving, we learned that Christopher spoke French and he had been to our hometown, Montreal. Pleasant surprise.
Food was good even id a mistake was done on the order, it was rapidly corrected.
It was a good night. I went for my birthday actually. I’m not too sure how restaurants accommodate birthdays but it definitely wasn’t acknowledged. The drinks were great ! We loved them but we didn’t like the food too much. The display was beautiful though. I’d go again for the bar.
Steak was slightly over cooked, but experience was amazing.
We had a great wedding anniversary dinner. Ashley was amazing. Thank you!
We went for our Anniversary. My husband and I both had the pettite filet- cooked perfectly, we shared a Ceasars salad, shared a baked potato which they split nicely. They gave us complimentary champagne and bread pudding for dessert since we were celebrating. All of the food was very good and great service.
