   An outstanding Dining Experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House My most recent dining experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House was such a pleasure, from start to finish, it was nothing short of exceptional. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and an upscale yet relaxed atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a great evening. The ambiance was elegant but inviting, with dim lighting, preferred comfortable seating, and a subtle buzz of conversation that gave the place a refined, vibrant energy. The service was top-tier, attentive without being intrusive. Our server was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and made excellent recommendations that truly enhanced our meal. Every detail, from the pacing of each course to the thoughtful check-ins, made it clear that the staff takes pride in delivering a first-class experience. Now, the food, absolutely delicious! The steak was cooked to perfection: tender, flavorful, and served sizzling on a hot plate just as promised. Each bite was rich and juicy, seasoned just right. The sides were equally impressive, especially the creamy mashed potatoes and the sweet potato casserole, decadent and packed with flavor. And let’s not forget dessert, crème brûlée, the perfect finish to an already stellar meal. Overall, Ruth’s Chris delivered on every level, food, service, atmosphere, and vibe. It was an experience worth every penny, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

   Waitress was wonderful. She called my first name and said “welcome back” as it was my second visit. Though I couldn’t eat them all, really enjoyed it. Thank you.

   We were celebrating our 47th wedding anniversary and mentioned this on our reservation. The hostess was aware and super friendly and our waiters the same. As is usually true at Ruth Chris restaurants, the food was excellent although quite pricey. The restaurant grew busier as we enjoyed ourselves and service times did start to slow down but not annoyingly. Overall, a great special occasion meal.

   Excellent experience! Ruth’s Chris Steak House has been one of my absolute favorite dining spots for over 10 years, and they continue to impress me every single time. I’ve never had a bad experience here—ever. My recent visit was no exception. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and served sizzling just the way I love it. The service was excellent, attentive, professional, and warm. It’s clear that they value consistency and quality, and that’s why I keep coming back. Ruth’s Chris is a true favorite, and I always leave feeling satisfied and appreciated.

    Lack of management obviously leads to poor service. Salad took 20 minutes to come out, then two bites into my salad and the main course arrives. After I take my last bite, my plate is whipped the way and I’m asked for my dessert. I asked for more time And 20 minutes has gone by and the servers still hasn’t come back. Thanks Chad

   This Ruth's Chris does not disappoint! Top notch food quality, perfectly cooked steaks, service was fantastic, from the front door staff to the table service. Their entire team was locked in to providing a great experience. This chain is at the top of the high end steakhouses! Great Job

   If I could give a 6th star, I would. The food was excellent as expected. meats cooked perfectly. Brussel sprouts were outstanding texture and flavor. the garlic mashed was smooth and perfectly seasoned. The calamari had a sweet honey flavor alongside the darker taste of the red peppers. The small cheesecakes for the desert were perfect size. It was my wife's birthday, and the staff went above board to make it special. the service was the best service I have received at any restaurant. made my wife and I feel so special. Jud, the acting GM this week spent time chatting with us at our invitation. Emily, at the front desk, gave us the best service we ever experienced from a restaurant server. And Evelyn, our server was perfect in her timing, her and her service. The service is why I can't speak highly enough of this Ruths Chris. They decorated the table to make the night special. A memorable, the most memorable restaurant experience we ever had. Thank You
