   Food and service was great as usual except the birthday girl’s shrimp was overcooked. The server was very apologetic and it did not ruin the evening.

   The place is beautiful, the steaks were perfect. Robert are server was a fantastic person. The martini was great, but the blue cheese stuffed olives need some help. They had a really spicy/earthy taste. To each his own taste!

   The food was as excellent as always, as was the service, with a major/minor problem. Appetizer plates and other plates were not removed from our table for three until we had already started eating our main course, luckily being a table for four the server was able to "stack" them where the fourth person would have been seated. Additionally, a large amount of a brown sauce dripped from those stacked plates and actually dripped on to one of the dining chairs. This obviously was not good for a classy restaurant and most certainly affected the "ambiance" of our table. HOWEVER, while the servers were responsible for this situation, their service was excellent, and it did appear they were significantly understaffed and should not shoulder the blame for my comments entirely.

   Great service and great food. Our server Raymen did an outstanding job. All the food and drinks were excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant

   Birthday celebration was not so good. Food was undercooked and then overcooked. Service was very good, but quality of the food was poor. Overall the entire franchise has gone downhill.

   All right so there's this great waiter and his name is Bruce and he is an absolute pleasure. Other than the food he's probably the best part of the whole experience. The kitchen screwed up our order. It was sort of a nightmare. Everybody got to eat except for one person because the food didn't come out at the same time because of the kitchen area. And there were several kitchen errors. Nonetheless, the drinks were good and it was a good experience

   This location is understaffed so don’t expect much in the way of service. Waited ten minutes for a drink at the bar which wasn’t full. Then another forty minutes and decided to leave. Asked for the manager and he or she didn’t even come to speak with me. Was presumably hiding in the back, not helping his overworked employees. Shame!

   Bruce was the best! We enjoyed his southern charm and friendliness. He made the dining experience so much better.
