Loyal Ruth Chris Steakhouse Customer disappoint in the fruit flies, flying insects in the dining area, also the noise level of side conversation from employees just hanging out was too much. It put a sorry mood to an Anniversary dinner for myself and my wife.

We always have a great experience at Ruth's Chris. Our steaks are always cooked perfectly. We have never had to send one back. There is an interesting choice of appetizers and side dished which are delicious. The spice Lobster appetizer is outstanding. The chopped salad id great. Our waiter, Matty, made sure our courses were paced perfectly. The manager stopped by to greet us as well. I great experience!

I waiter was very professional and very knowledgeable about the wines being that we were unsure which was delicious. He kept our water glass filled and very nice to us. He was the best we ever had and we definitely eat out four times a week. I recommend Ruth Chris always. The food was so delicious and the nice gesture of giving us a small chocolate cake for our 21 anniversary was very nice.

The steaks and sides were delicious. Our steaks were cooked perfectly to our requested temperature. The service at this location was dismal. I’m concerned that management must be very poor to create such a demoralized staff. Our waiter tried his best but his fake happy was difficult to witness. Fine dining includes atmosphere and this restaurant does not have that.
