    The hostess made it apparent to tell us in January that attire would be business casual even though we were dressed for that. Was very off setting and bothered us extremely. We told the manager as we left, otherwise our service was good. Our waiter was fabulous!

    We made a reservation for a family event and everything went perfectly. We arrived and were seated nearly immediately. The table was decorated for our occasion with small “Happy Birthday” confetti which I felt was a nice touch. Our server was both attentive and unobtrusive. The food was delicious. Our favorites of the evening were the ahi appetizer, the ribeye (cooked to a perfect medium rare), the sea bass and the stuffed chicken.

    We dined with friends and had the Thanksgiving meal. We also ordered additional sides; sweet potato casserole (too sweet, more like desert), Brussel sprouts (pretty cruncy), potatoes au graten (really not good). Turkey good, but not enough gravey. Our server was outstanding, wish I remembered her name. Ambience in the restaurant was fine but we were seated at the far end of the restaurant next to windows and as soon as it was dark outside it was dark for our table as the overhead light was out. We had to use our cell phone light to read the menu.

    Erika is a ninja of expert service. She’s just the best. The kitchen NAILED the steak. The wine was on the table just as requested. The mixed drinks were exquisite. Couldn’t have done any better. #Perfect

    The one steak was a little bit overdone, but overall was wonderful experience.  The person who delivered the food notice. The lobster was a little bit rubbery and overdone so he brought another one which was awesome.  him being proactive was very much appreciated.

    My nephew had the cowboy ribeye and I had the petite filet medallions with shrimp. To say they were delicious is an understatement. The wait staff was incredible and attentive without being over bearing.

    Upon arrival, the hostess told us that we had to start dressing business casual if we wanted to continue to eat in the dining area due to new management. Given we have been customers for a long time, we didn’t feel we were dressed inappropriately for the occasion. She insisted she let our attire “slide” however we had always been comfortable dining in our “normal” clothes. This encounter was just odd news since this location is attached to a LITERAL MALL.

    Petite filet did not meet expectations. Odd cut. Ordered “medium”. Was closer to well done due to the odd cut. Have had several petite fillets previously and all were terrific. Yes the waiter offerred me another steak but that meant eating out of turn with the rest of our party.

    From the time we sat down to when we left service was great, food beyond delicious, and the Bread Pudding fantastic. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, very personable. It was a wonderful night celebrating our birthdays. One downfall no orange juice for my cocktail so I had a margarita.

    Always a great experience and food never disappoints. My daughter and I like to do the prefix. My only note was surprising we were charged an extra $5 to replace the shrimp and mashed potatoes for my daughter with the sweet potatoes. My daughter is allergic to shrimp. Surely the cost of the shrimp and potatoes was more than the side of sweet potatoes. Other than that, all was great.

    The service was excellent and our waiter made the visit enjoyable! The food was just okay - I am a food snob however so if I'm dropping that kind of money on dinner I want it to be excellent. I ended up sending the steak back.

    My boyfriend and I come here for only our birthdays and anniversary. We have been looking forward to coming in for dinner since today is my birthday. We made our reservation a few months ago and have been counting down until we could enjoy our delicious buttery steak. Sadly, our experience was pretty disappointing and I don’t think we will be returning. Our filets were rough and bland. Mac and cheese was cold. We didn’t get drink refills and the table across from us kept shouting and it ruined the atmosphere.     This was my 1st experience at Ruth's Chris. The ambience was very nice. We were very disappointed in the food, though our waiter was very attentive. The crab cakes were extremely fishy tasting. I ate 1 out of 3. The steak was asked for medium rare and came raw. We had to send it back. There was probably 1 slice of bacon total on a wedge salad for $16. The bread and wine were excellent. They also gave us a dessert for my birthday, which was lovely.

    We had an outstanding dining experience to celebrate our 54th wedding anniversary. The service was outstanding and the food was cooked perfectly. Our waiter went out of his way to be sure our anniversary celebration was memorable.

    Chad did a great job with our service!! Food was exceptional though it is obvious prices have gone up. My exp accenseount limit is not:-(( I would recommend RC without reservation. My rib eye was amazing!!
