   Food was good as always. Service was just OK rendered by a rookie. Just our luck. Ordered Cabernet wine and did not have either. Went on to fourth choice. Server had a hard time opening the bottle. Dirty Martini was very good. Looked like a 2/3rds style martini glass. Guess money has to be made at any cost. Night was just OK.

   Our server Reggie was very attentive and friendly. This was a chance of a lifetime for my sweet young friend who I brought and he made sure she had a great experience. The food and service was amazing as always. Thank you!

   Dining at this restaurant is truly fancy but it was worth it. From the ambience , menu and servers especially Ericka and Nikki were fantastic. They really take time in presenting the specials for the week. This place has the best steak ever . I will surely come back for the 4th time and bring the whole family with me soon.

   My husband and I split a wedge salad. Plenty big but way too much blue cheese. We each had the petite filet. Outstanding, melt in your mouth good.

    We love this type of dining experience and Ruth’s Chris does not disappoint. My husband had the 8 Oz filet and it was wonderful. He couldn’t stop raving about it. I ordered the special with the 6oz filet and a lobster tail. I’m sorry, but I was disappointed with my filet. It was half the thickness of my husbands. And the texture was not the same. I won’t order that again. I would have been happier to just order a la carte. My bad. Our waiter was great and we loved the rose petals on our table to help celebrate our anniversary. I won’t let this deter us from dining there again…I will just order differently.

    We go to this place frequently and while our waiter and food were good, everything else was horrible. When you go to an establishment of this caliber, it’s reflected in the price and I turn expect a particular level experience. We asked for a booth and they had plenty and were seated at a table in the middle of the room. It wasn’t busy and they had plenty of servers to accommodate a booth section. As they seated others in the booths right after us and same amount of people in the party. We also had a reservation and are semi regulars. To top it off, they had a wine pairing event set up in the main room and staff were having loud conversation about their week escapades. As they filled wine glasses for the event, the chatter went on for over 25 minutes. So disappointed.

    For the last few years we have chosen to celebrate our anniversary at Ruth's Chris. We had dinner at the Roseville establishment last night and it was exceptional in every way. Our server was Aaron and we highly recommend him. With his help we opted for the Chateaubriand dinner for two. The food was so flavorful and the meal was truly perfect. My husband has mentioned several times today that he could eat the same meal again tonight. Thank you to the chef for such a fine meal.

    We visited our Brother to celebrate a birthday, great time but the food wasn’t all that. Fillets were cut in the center (apparently) to check temperature and they were overcooked but rather than waiting longer for our food we opted to eat. It’s not an inexpensive evening, about $400 for three of us.

    Had such a great experience for my birthday/valentines day. The crab cakes tasted so fresh and the steaks were seasoned perfectly. Our server Tomas was professional and efficient. We will be returning!

    Overall food was good, as expected. We had three non- alcoholic drinks, all missed the mark. Iced tea was very light (no flavor), diet soda was under flavored, latte was not correct and tasted like bitter black coffee with milk foam.

    Had a 7:00 reservation. Did not get seated until almost 7:30. It would be nice if the restaurant could send a text or some other message of communication advising that there is no rush to arrive at the reserved time. Otherwise enjoyed the dining experience.

    Extremely unprofessional we were one minute late and even though I called and told them we’d be late and they said they would hold our table. When we walked in one minute late the women was extremely rude and told us that our table was already given away. I believe it was racism because we were an interracial couple.

    We came here for Valentines Day, and they were set up for the occasion very nicely. Our steaks were fantastic, and our server was great. They don’t offer a non-alcoholic beer from their bar so I ordered hot tea. When the server brought the teapot to the table he said there weren’t any tops for it 🙁. Of course that allows the water to cool quickly which defeats the purpose of ordering “hot” tea. This was not acceptable for a restaurant of Ruth’s Chris caliber. This is why I couldn’t give this particular Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse 5 stars for this review.

    Always amazing service at my favorite place. I had the Bone in Filet and it was cooked to perfection. Jessica was our server, and as always, she took great care of us. From the front of the house, servers, to the kitchen.. the service at this location is top notch

    Ruth’s Chris for seafood? Yes please! Both my wife and I enjoyed the Atlantic Salmon with shrimp and it was lightly blackened, served in a bed of spinach with a BBQ Butter on the side. Flakey, tender and sweet, the salmon was cooked beautifully just at medium. The shrimp was delicate and not over cooked. Just a wonderful surprise from one of our favorite steakhouses. Waitstaff was fantastic and we appreciate the wonderful service of the evening.

    First off it took forever for our food to come out and then my filet (ordered medium) came out well done. Waitress said she will have a new one out in TWO minutes which in reality was 20 mins. The next filet came out rare - blue. We were never checked on after receiving our main course, our water glasses were not refilled until we were all done. They brought out dessert on a plate that said happy anniversary when we were actually there for a birthday celebration. We had happy birthday confetti on the table not happy anniversary 😡 We had a party of 6.

    This was birthday celebration. We had a reservation at 8. We checked in at 7:45. Did not get seated until 8:30. The reason was is was busy night. The the food was excellent. Our server was excellent. Hope to return soon in the future.

    My husband and I went here for an early Valentine’s Day dinner and the whole experience was perfect. Not only was the food delicious, but our server, Donna, truly made the night. Donna was sweet, personable and very knowledgeable about the menu. Despite having a very busy section, she remained attentive. Like I said, the food was great, but I’ll be coming back because of the experience Donna created.

    Unfortunately there was a large crowd of very loud people that wouldn’t calm down. They were obnoxious and a bit unruly. It was difficult to hear the people speak at my table which was a table of three. One of my guest just learned they were cancer free and we were celebrating her recovery but the noisy group put a damper on the celebration. We asked for another table but the only other option was next to the kitchen which would have been loud and with the servers coming in and out, very distracting. The server tried hard to get the manager to speak to them as well. Our server was fantastic and made our dinner very special with his impeccable service. The food was delicious and my friend very much enjoyed the filet she ordered. It’s difficult to manage unruly people and I was tempted to ask them to calm it down a bit but I did not want to ruin the evening and cause a scene.
