    Wonderful dining experience for our Wedding Anniversary. Our waitress Rebecca was outstanding as were all the staff who delivered food to the table. I asked for my steak to be cooked well done. I find that most restaurants will not cook a steak well done. They did and the meat was delicious and not dry at all. Definitely a pricey meal but a wonderful experience for a special occasion.

    We've always loved Ruth's and this visit was perfect. The Lamb chops were delicious as usual. Drew was a very patient server as my friend and I took a while to decide. All in all, it was a really nice dinner.

    Incredible service to start that quickly fell off as our server took on too many tables. No longer do servers have a support staff that ensures plates are removed timely and refills are addressed. 11oz filet undercooked initially, then overcooked and finally, the third steak was correct. In the interim, I watched my family enjoy their meal while I eagerly awaited my steak. Total length of meal was 3h15m. Very poor compared to previous visits. Finally, on the rare instance my steak was prepared incorrectly, a manager always walked the refired steak out. That didn’t happen and the server appeared flustered that my steak was incorrectly prepared twice.

    Chad was awesome. Food was awesome-always is. Make sure you stock up on mint though…could not order our blueberry mojitos last night.

    Awesome food experience, no complaints. Food was hot and seasoned well. Only issue was my mother was kissed on Mother’s Day with getting a rose presented to her. I watched. As hostess escorted people to their table and presented a rose for Mother’s Day. I am sure it was not deliberate, but as a person of color with a Mexican mother did bring an after thought. Still love RC and chalk it up to a missed opportunity.
