   Words....wonderful experience from escalator entry to elevator exit. John was an excellent server, General Manager was a great host, both were just the right amount of attentive to make the Dining experience a special pleasure. Food was perfectly cooked and presentation eye appealing. It all made for a great 40 year Wedding Anniversary as well as retirement celebration. Congratulations team!

   We had a 5pm reservation. We kept asking where our food was. It never came out until 6:40 and by that time it was too late because we wanted to get to the game. The table next to us came in 45 minutes after us and got their apps before we even got our dinner.

   Busy night at Ruth Chris. We are in town for the NCAA Basketball finals. Ruth Chris never disappoints. The steaks are always fantastic and I always appreciate the extensive wine list. Still a quality restaurant and the location in San Antonio is fantastic

    Made a reservation for after basketball game. Decided to dine at bar upon arrival. We immediately ordered two salads. I also ordered a steak and a baked potato. Waited almost an hour for the salads. People around us that arrived long after getting food. Bartender finally delivers my salad saying she went to check on our order and was told they were making the Caesar dressing for my wife’s salad and it will be a few more minutes. Wait another long amount of time. The remainder of my meal is delivered. I tell the server she is still waiting on her salad. He promises to go get it. Does nothing. I flag down bartender. She goes to get it. Comes out with a plate of dry lettuce with some croutons on it and a side of ranch and says “the never made the salad dressing so I brought you ranch instead.” “Just cancel it.” Ask for check. “I took the salad off.” Oh? You took the salad we waited almost two hours for that was never delivered off the check? Thanks so much. End note: server set down my steak at front edge of bar so I had to push it back a smidge. Failed to tell me the plate had apparently been sitting under a heat lamp for an absurd amount of time and that it was as hot as the surface of the sun. Thanks for that. Just a really awful Ruth Chris experience.
