    Luis was an amazing server - white glove treatment was shared by the entire team. Our wine was chilled perfectly, the steaks were prepared exactly as ordered and the ahi tuna was to die for. Highly recommend if you desire a quiet, celebratory dinner on the Riverwalk. Special thanks to the manager who stopped by our table to chat and make sure everything was exceptional!

    The filet was excellent (medium rare). The asparagus, on the tough side. Service, slow. 1 1/2 hours after ordering we received our food (resers 6:45pm Saturday night). As always, either go real early on weekends or accept paying a premium price for so so services.

    They Took the Ribeye off the classics menu. They only have a 6oz filet on the menu down from 10 oz

    This location’s menu was not the same as the numerous other RCs we’ve been to before. No lobster bisque and the berries and cream had alcohol (a lot!!!) in the cream. My son had just graduated from basic training, RC was his dinner of choice out of all his options all because of this dessert. He couldn’t even eat it due to all of the alcohol that did not cook off. No other RC has ever added booze from all the times we’ve had at other locations. Incredibly disappointing.

    We have been to multiple Ruth's Chris locations and always appreciate the quality of food and impeccable service each and every time. This time, we went to the San Antonio location at the Grand Hyatt. The decorated the table for my husband's birthday, had genuine conversation with us, and made a meal feel like an experience. Everything was excellent.

    Great service from out waiter and assistant. Timing from the kitchen was not the best. We had a pretty long wait between appetizer/salads and the main course. Two in our party ordered the Ruth’s Special and the filet was a little over cooked and tough. The other filets we ordered (2x petite and one regular sized) were cooked perfect.

    The steak was burnt and overdone 2/2 times and we just gave up and choked it down; side note it was also grass fed with no fat and tasted just like sirloin. The sides were decent but not of value. The bread, drinks and dessert were great. The server and management both get 9/10; great promptness but you can see from the first cut of its overdone. I will be back but will definitely ask more questions about the steak being served.

    We were beyond impressed! We were in San Antonio on vacation and decided to visit Ruth Chris. Everything was excellent from the get go. No waiting time... the service was exceptional. Food was delicious. Just perfect from start to finish.
