It was a double birthday party for me and my husband. The service was outstanding and the food was exquisite!
Went there for my anniversary with my girlfriend and I had steak and Alaskan King crab legs which were both delicious. The steak was to-die-for tinder and the crab legs were precut so you have easy access to that gold. My girlfriend had the barbecue shrimp which she thought was excellent ..not really bbq’y in flavor but are more like garlic buttery. We shared calamari which was a great suggestion from our server they were a perfect crunchy appetizer to get things going. And we also had grilled asparagus, and fingerling potatoes which seems like the perfect combination of sides to go along with our entrées. Hopefully you get Ryan as your server he is patient and has good suggestions.
Food was cold. Manager and server made excuses, were defiant and called my partner “sweetheart”. Spent $220+ on a very subpar dinner and didn’t take leftovers home bc unimpressed. Next time will go to Tasty and laser or Ox or Bed Ludd or Beast for much better service and meal by from locally owned restaurants.

I go to Ruth's Chris a lot. Multiple locations. This was obviously an "off" day for this location. They were out of several things we ordered. They waiter was apologetic and nice, but the the service was slower and the food wasn't as good as the standard that I am used to from Ruth's Chris

It was a really great time. The food was superior. The steak was cooked just perfect and how we asked which is usually unusual, medium rare. The server was exceptional As well which is why we tipped him $50. Thank you and we will definitely be back.
Go on a slower night. The good is so much better and you receive it in a more timely manner.
We came here for Valentine’s Day for the ambiance and aroma, and they did not disappoint. Friendly staff and great service companied with the amazing food, that had my mouth watering the moment we arrived, made this place a real treat! I highly recommend this place base on value, atmosphere and service!
This is an old favorite. Even on Valentine’s Day, the waitstaff was wonderful, the bone-in filet was perfect, and the drinks were exactly as we ordered them. The front desk is breaking in some new folks so the usual welcome, offer to take your coat and hat, and seating weren’t up to their usual gracious standard (though the restaurant was only 30% full and the night was just beginning). The manager, who stopped by the table, was kind enough to give us a coupon toward our next visit. Looking forward to our next dinner there. Giacomo was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable.
Cowboy ribeye was fantastic. Cosmopolitan drink was close to flavorless. Asked waiter Matheson for just a nice drinkable glass of red wine to have with dinner, said he would make it happen, he could have mentioned that the one he picked was $24.00 a glass.
Also, I'm pretty sure that we indicated in the reservation that this was a birthday and it was mentioned a couple of times to servers at the table. One server hinted that something was coming to the table and I've gotten complementary birthday desert there before, but nothing came. We did get a dessert menu from the waiter and decided not to get dessert but I really didn't want to ask "hey where is my free dessert" after the birthday had been mentioned and was mentioned in the reservation. So kind of disappointed in that.
