Great as always
We had a party of 4 for my boyfriends birthday and were extremely unimpressed with the service. Two of us were supposed to have cheesecake with our meals, never showed. I informed the manager that came around that it was my boyfriends birthday, I assumed we would get a dessert, but nothing.. not even a “happy birthday.” Our steaks weren’t cooking to our liking, they did put them in for longer but it just wasn’t the experience we were used to at Ruth Chris. For the price we paid, we anticipated much more. Very disappointed.
The food was worth every penny. I was a little disappointed to see that the dining room we were sat in, as a party of two, was filled with a large family party. I know the guidelines say 6 ft but i didn’t expect that every table in the room would get sat. 9 out of 9 tables. I had the ribeye (16oz) and the asparagus. Both were expertly prepared and I look forward to having them as leftovers even more.
Excellent waiter. Food was
Perfect
Ruth's Chris never disappoints! We took my husband there for his 60th birthday and we enjoyed it! Our server, Valerie, was great! She recommended a few items and we were not disappointed!
Waiter was great and very attentive to our needs throughout the night
We are frequent diners of Ruth’s Chris and have dined at this location maybe once prior. We understand that there is a dress code, and have previously been asked to follow it, but this location clearly did not care. Almost every other patron were in sweatpants and hoodies, so if you don’t feel like being dressed, go there. Also, the food was mediocre. Nothing was salted, they don’t really season there food, but our au gratin and creamed spinach were not good. The drinks were ok. Server was new and polite, but should have been shadowing someone and not taking orders because she knew very little about the cocktail menu or the steaks. We won’t revisit this location. Hopefully things get better there.
My husband and I both got ribeyes. I did the 12oz he did the 16oz. My steak came out horrible. It was tough and more fat than anything.
However my husband's steak was amazing. So I ended up sharing with him. The bus boy took my barely touched plate away and I never heard another word.
Was great. Food was unbelievable as always but didn’t love where we sat. We sat in a private room, with a huge table, for only 4 people
There were several tables that were so loud it was almost impossible to hear anyone at our table talking.
Ruth’s always is good but this time they we’re trying to churn and burn tables (at least ours). Possibly b/c of less tables available due to Cv-19? I asked twice for something and it was never brought! The appetizer we ordered arrived after our salad and mushrooms. As we were finishing, they started clearing our side plates, which was very annoying!!. After clearing our plates, that could still have been used to enjoy more sides of food, we were asked if we would like boxes - yes please! With us still eating our our main dish our sides were removed and boxed! Maybe we wanted more? We were then asked if we wanted any dessert, but our three course meal came with that option. Little things that Ruth’s always make seamless and unnoticed were missed and rushed! We are normally very relaxed people, however, everything was rushed and made our evening out mediocre. To add context to my review: our reservation was at 615 - arrived 5ish minutes early and were in our vehicle heading home by 7:15.
It was awesome! Love coming back! Impeccable service!
Everything was awesome! Food was delicious as always. Winston, our server did an amazing job as always.
Ruth’s Chris never disappoints. Their Covid precautions, from table spacing to attrndants opening doors, made me feel comfortable. Considering the pandemic, they did a great job!
Loved every moment!
Staff was amazing. Food was perfect and amazing.
It was my 29th birthday
Seafood tower
Delicious and very tasteful all should try
An excellent experience, highly recommend this location of Ruth's Chris.
What a great steakhouse. Food was amazing, atmosphere was cozy, and our waitress was phenomenal! Fir the quality of the food, the prices are pretty reasonable, especially for the price fixe menu.
Ruth Chris has good food, great service, high prices. Sometimes that’s just fine. Was not the impressively classy dining experience I was looking for. Harbor East prices for a gloried Ruby Tuesday’s.
Great food as always! Thank you for making this dinner wonderful for my wife’s 40th! 👍🏻😄
All of our food & drinks were expensive but exceptional! And our waiter Winston was on point with everything.
Glad to see shoe-string potatoes on the menu. Every was quite good.
Great as always
This was a bad experience from the time we were shown to our table. My wife and I were out on a date night. We are both in our 50s, both work in healthcare in hospital settings, so right now a chance to enjoy a quiet night together is rare and cherished. We were not seated in the main dining room, where it has soft lighting, comfortable booths, and hushed conversations, no we were instead lead to the Maryland room, which was quite the opposite. There were not one but two boisterous birthday parties going on in this rather small room, one of which was for a small child of about 4, who had half a dozen guests of the same age. Yes, it was loud, obnoxious and rude. I should have asked to be reseated, but the damage was done and causing a seen caused by the lack of management would only have created a worse experience for us. I should also mention that three of the adult gentlemen in the birthday party were wearing ballcaps , against the dress code policy of Ruths Chris.
As for the food and service, there was good and bad. Our bread was dry and obviously reheated. The chilled seafood tower was excellent... only we sat looking at it for ten minutes until our waitress came back so that we could request plates from which to eat. Yes a 60 dollar appetizer served without serving plates. My filet was good, not great, and it was overcooked to medium when it was ordered medium rare. I was never asked if it was prepared properly. Every time I have eaten at a Ruths Chris in the past, I have been visited by the manager, usually after the entree course. I have a feeling on this night he may have not wanted to hear the truth.
I am not sure what happened on this evening to allow so many mis-steps, but this atmosphere, service , and in some cases food quality is not what I expect from a restaurant of this caliber.
I love the outside seating with the heated lamps . So classy and RC never lets me down with the service. The waiters are phenomenal they all deserve raises
The server made this a terrible experience. The food was good as usual but unfortunately the server did a terrible job. Would disappear for significant lengths of time, had an attitude about a food issue which could have been easily resolved, just generally not a good attitude. Perhaps it wasn’t a good day for her and that’s unfortunate but to ruin our meal, that’s absurd.
Great experience!!!
This was our first time dining at this steakhouse chain and it was a great experience. Atmosphere was nice, service was attentive and friendly, food was delicious, it was a great experience. Thank you for making this such a nice time as we were celebrating our Mom's 90th birthday :)
Appreciated the social distanced tables, and the quieter atmosphere. Food bundled menu was appreciated, but still a little pricey.
I know that restaurants are running lean due to Covid-19, but how hard is it to get tea? They had no Earl Grey, no English Breakfast and no black tea either! I had the spicy salmon and crunchy shrimp dish, which tasted good but the shrimp were like the small frozen ones. Given that you only received 3 shrimp, it would have been nice to get real ones. The piece of salmon was nice. Do not get the mushrooms stuffed with crabmeat. Avoid at all costs. I have had much much better at other places and those restaurants are not as high-end as Ruth's Chris. The steaks were still sizzling but that was about it. At this point, I think they're living off of their reputation.
Nice RCS location
This was our first visit to this Ruth's Chris location but the food was fantastic as usual, as was the service. All of the staff were wearing masks and tables were spaced out plenty (black tablecloths indicate blocked off tables). Free parking is available in the parking lot, just a few steps from the entrance.
Our server, Sweet Tea, was excellent and Ruth’s Chris should be proud of her.
Service was horrible we had a new server that didn’t know wine list. Whole experience was dis fragmented food arrived wrong
The Double Pork Chop was excellent as always. The service was outstanding and we enjoyed our anniversary dinner.
Tracey was courteous and provided attentive service!!! Thank you.
The steak was very tender, and the service was excellent.
As usual the service and food was outstanding. The outside ambience was very romantic. I would suggest though that as the weather gets cooler especially in the evening, a consideration be made for pads on the rod iron chairs. They were hard and cold as you sat. The propane heaters were an added bonus. Will definitely return.
