The view the restaurant offered was beautiful and the service was excellent. While the food was very good, it wasn't anything you couldn't get somewhere else for a better price.
Our waiter was busy, but extremely kind. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food was excellent. It’s very pricey, but worth it for a special occasion. One of my favorites.
We had a great experience. SHU our waiter was outstanding! The meal was excellent. We had a great table near the fireplace anyway from everyone else to celebrate our anniversary. You can never go wrong at this place!
Dryke was a great sever. The food is always incredible. It’s a little pricey.
Super experience! Chris B, out server was terrific! His knowledge of the menu and overall cuisine details and beverage pairings was over and above! He was personable, knowledgeable and a great listener. He was intuitive about things that made out experience over the top! We left SO satisfied and we will return soon. Excellent experience and Food was FABULOUS!!! Ate every bite, it was that good!
The New York steak was full of gristle & fat - had to hunt for the meat. My wife was looking forward to the Brussels Sprouts. They were tough and inedible. Everything else was very good. Great service and wonderful food. Just a couple of unexpected problems that we didn't expect because our previous experiences here have been outstanding.
The steak and salmon were excellent. Serving sides in a bowl that would serve eight when there were only two of us was wasteful. In a high end restaurant the meal should be served on one plate - with a delicate serving of potato and vegetable. The waitress had no knowledge of the salmon that was served. I googled it to discover that it was rated highly by the Monterey Bay Aquarian. We will select a different steak house the next time we are in Park City.
Our server was terrific Pleasant and courteous and smiling all evening. The food and beverage were delicious and expertly prepared.

In a nut shell, the filet mignon that both of us had was not a tender cut, gristle filled, and more of a pot roast texture.
Both were over cooked.

As my wife said, the best steak I’ve ever had!!! What a fun evening for this special occasion. Go take advantage of a great place in a beautiful location with awesome food and fantastic service...
The experience here was underwhelming. The steak was flavorful, but not cooked to temperature, and marginal cut. The creamed spinach was delicious, but cold, and Creme Brule for desert was cold, like it just came from the fridge.
We had a decent dinner, but it did not meet expectations.
Easy to find an equally priced yet far better tasting steak in Park City.

Ruth's Chris is ALWAYS FABULOUS when you want a steak!! The sauce was amazing! The veggie dishes were so yummy... the roasted corn tasted like it just came off the cob. Alyssa was wonderful.
Sadly the crab cakes which we had always liked were bready and fishy. We didn't eat them.
Also someone forget the adjective 'MOLTEN' in the Molten Lava cakes we were excited about and they were just cake!
They kindly removed them from our bill.
I would not recommend the bread pudding although it had a nice flavor...it was just like pound cake without the variation of typical bread pudding.
We will still go back for many delicious aspects but the desserts and crab cakes were a disappointment.
Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience and evening!

Visited with my client and potential client. My client always wants to come to Ruth’s Chris when he’s in town. And of course Chris B. was amazing as always. It’s good to have a place to dine in that maintains their consistency.
I have been to make fine dining steak houses and this was my first experience with Ruth Chris. It was easy to make my reservation with Open Table and my friends and I were promptly seated upon arrival a little early.
The initial communication was pleasant, but immediately went down from there. The server was not very friendly and always appeared to be rushed when he came to our table. For some reason, he took our orders at different times and then got it wrong. Some sides were missing and others were cold when they finally did arrive. My filet that I ordered medium came out medium well to well done and was very tough. After speaking to management, the filet was replaced and came out perfect. I order the au gratin potatoes, but they were just some thick sliced potatoes in something milky with some cheese sprinkled on top. Another big disappointment.
We did notice that the manager on duty was visiting guest tables, but appeared to speed up past our table and never inquired as to how things were. The only reason he was finally informed of our concerns was when we had to ask to speak to him. He came over and kind of brushed off our concerns, but then had the filet replaced and offered dessert on the house. One friend ordered the vanilla ice cream, but they were out. The best part of the banana cream pie was the crust. It was a milky pie with bananas and crunchy sugar on top. I think I was suppose to be carmelized, but it definitely wasn't.
Overall, it was an interesting experience that could have been improved with better service and food. Sadly, this is an establishment I wouldn't visit again.
I had a friend in town visiting and we decided to celebrate her birthday dinner.
Drinks in the bar were great- dinner special for $49.50 for three courses with great options were perfect!
We had a great time and will be back this summer for the early bird specials in the bar!!

Excelent. The stake was amazing.
Classic American fare, anchored by their exceptional steaks and meats. Always done just right. Attentive staff and a lovely wine list. Having said all that, it is also exceptionally expensive, and so I’ve given one less star for “value”. If you want a guaranteed fine dining experience, regardless of the price, Ruth’s Chris will deliver.

I'm delighted to say this is my first time visit and I cannot wait to come back! Totally outstanding in every way and yes it's more expensive than other restaurants but it is fine dining so I'm happy to pay more. This restaurant is in a fabulous hotel in Park City and sometimes when entering these places one can feel intimated....not here.....fine without pomposity is the order of the day. The portions are HUGE so do share with your friends! You will definitely want to return as I shall do on my ski trip next year.
Our waitress, Patricia, deserve bigging up for her charming, friendly, jolly attitude. She's an asset to your establishment and deserves my special mention.

Being from ‘back east ‘, the expectation for service and food quality at a high end restaurant is above the norm. Thinking a franchise restaurant would meet the same expectations nationwide, we went to Ruth’s Chris. The steak was dry, and only average in taste. The sides were smaller than other Ruth’s we’ve been to. The service was good but not great—which is the expectation.
Still one of best dining options in PC. Great staff.
This was our third trip to this Ruth's Chris location in the past few years, and it was the first time that the experience didn't live up to my expectations. The crab stack appetizer was fairly flavorless, despite the avocado and mangoes. The wedge salad was hardly dressed, and we had to request that they bring out more dressing for us to apply ourselves. The brussel sprouts were undercooked to the point of being hard to chew. And finally my NY strip was not as tasty as I remembered it being on previous visits, though I may have been biased at this point in the meal based on the other three food issues. On the positive side my wife's ribeye was terrific and worth every penny, and the service and ambiance were excellent.
Lately our steaks were average, the last 2 times we were there they have stepped up their game and provided a steak that is worthy of any place I have dined!!! Well done Ruth Chris!!

Consistently excellent. Lots of choices in Park City, but we find ourselves frequenting Ruth's Chris. Looking forward to the patio in the summer.
