   Steaks were great! Mushrooms were perfect but all the other sides were served less than hot. Salads looked staged, not fresh.

   Me and my 4 girls will never go back to this restaurant been black woman we was judge from the time we sat down was rushed to finish the food which was not seasoned at all from the steak to the mash potatoes never got a refill on our sodas because we was not buying liquor last night. Never in my life have I went somewhere and felt unwanted because they though they wasn’t going to get a tip or get paid they got tipped and paid for horrible serve and food

   We didn't check our bill thoroughly and we were charged $14.00 for something we did not receive or order .. Otherwise it was fantastic.

   The chicken with cheese is soooo good and the filet is always delicious. Depending on what server you get it makes it even better. Zane was the best

   I arrived 10 minutes early for my reservation but had to wait 20 minutes to sit down. Whilst I appreciate it was mother's day, I felt the restaurant had been overbooked as there were always swarms of people waiting. The hostess was aloof at best not overly welcoming chewing gum when she spoke to us. I got a drink from the bar and the female bartender was very nice.The restaurant was on the warm side. Our waitress, Belle, however was excellent. She was very pleasant and did her job well. Tristan assisted her and was lovely as well. The food was amazing. The only reason for not giving five stars was the first impression was not the best and the service here could be improved.

   The food at this location was excellent. Unfortunately, what used to be an upscale establishment that prided themselves on ambiance and service has gone to the wayside. The server was irritable, but accommodating. The dress code is in the toilet. Where once upon a time you would dress in nice clothing to go to this establishment, now anything goes, Bathing suit tops, cutoff jeans, skirts so short that you can see everything while they walk by. If a restaurant has a dress code, why is it not enforced? Some of these people looked as though they just rolled out of the stripe club.

   Some of the best steak I’ve ever had. First time dining here, I watched reviews and thought the steak would be good, it surpassed our expectations. Only complaint and it’s barely worth mentioning, they brought our food out and served it to the wrong table, set it in front of them then picked it up and gave it to us. Overall, 5 stars, excellent steak.

   Consistently well prepared food and excellent service, even on Mother’s Day when the restaurant was extremely busy. Zade was a terrific server.

   My experience was an amazing one. My server, Dawn, was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave excellent suggestions for sides and wine. My food came out quickly and everything was hot and had very good flavour. She made my Mother’s Day extra special. Because of Dawn I will recommend Ruth’s Chris to friends and family.

    The food at Ruth’s Chris was excellent! We all loved what we ordered and everything came exactly as ordered. What we did not like was the ambience. Many people were not dressed to code. I read the dress code online and I was surprised that people were there with shorts and T-shirts, slippers, - in other words, not dressed as described online. It was pretty noisy - not what I am used to seeing at Ruth’s Chris.
