It was amazing! The food and the service!
Best fillet ever. Food and service was excellent. However, tables were close together and no social distancing. None of the toilets in the ladies restroom would flush.

It was a great night out. We keep it light with a shellfish platter and some sides, but it was all fresh and delicious as always. Thanks again to Erin for making us feel like one of the family. She is awesome.

I mean the food was phenomenal. But the prices were about 20 percent higher than what I saw online. Still amazing, but instead of once or twice a year, it is now once every two years. :(
I would greatly encourage your establishment begin maintaining a much better dress code for your patrons than I witnessed on our recent visit on the evening of 01/03/21. Frankly, I was quite shocked to see what some people were allowed to wear into your restaurant!

We had New Years Eve reservations for 7:30pm. We arrived at 7pm & checked in at the desk with intentions of having a drink at the bar before being seated. The hostess stated there may not be any room at the bar other than 2 tables in the bar area. There was no room at the bar to sit and no indication from anyone if it was ok to sit at one of the tables to get a drink and wait to be seated. Fortunately, we were seated within 10 minutes.
Our waiter Saul was excellent and aside from the presentation, our meal of Spicy shrimp, lamb chops w/lobster tail added, filet mignon, garlic mashed potatoes & brussell sprouts was excellent. Our only complaints were the splattered dishes our dinner was served on (Gordon Ramsey would have thrown a fit). The lighting was a bit bright & harsh but, the manager came around and explained to us that they had an electrical issue (fire) & as a temporary fix, they couldn't be dimmed.
So, considering this was our first ever visit, we had fairly good experience.

Saul, I’m guessing at the spelling of his name, was FABULOUS! Kept us laughing the entire dinner, explained everything in detail & was patient with our group as it was our first time dining at RCS. Food was delicious, served perfectly & more than enough to share.

This was our first time at Ruth Chris. We had heard great things about it from friends. We finally made reservations and planned a romantic dinner. We had an amazing time. Our experience from the time we walked in until we left was wonderful. The service and food exceeded our expectations. The food is pricey, but well worth it. The quality of the steak, sides, drinks and dessert were simply exquisite. We would highly recommend Ruth Chris to anyone!

Did not disappoint as did the restaurant from the night before.
Excellent as always. Could not go to our children’s for Christmas so 3 couples went to RC for a great night.

Ruth's Chris is never disappointing. It has been our Christmas dinner tradition for many years and we were hesitant to go anywhere this year because of COVID. But we decided to go based on their reputation for safety. Although the restaurant was full, we felt very comfortable with the table spacing and safety precautions.

Server, Jaz, was spectacular under extremely trying circumstances. Small fire in office area caused chaos and delays. Kitchen staff and server performed amazingly and managed to minimize inconvenience.
Front desk seemed overwhelmed, confused, and in need of additional training when dealing with confused customers.

First let me say that myself and my family have dined at this location for years and have always been pleased, until today. I thought it would be different and a nice change to have Christmas dinner out. So we picked Ruth's Chris, on our arrival once inside we started to enter the dining area and the fire alarms went off, we asked the staff if we should leave and if there was really a fire. They indicated that there was in fact a fire but there was no sense of urgency to have anyone leave for safety reasons. We did go outside and could smell the fire. We waited for the alarm to go off and we re entered the building. We could not order food for almost an hour and when we did receive our meals they were not the standard we have been used to in the past. The server we had seemed overloaded and just could not keep up. This also was a family of seven.
This year was the first Christmas that my wife and I spent at home since we moved here 3 years ago. We can't believe we hadn't already tried out Ruth's Chris. Beyond excellent service and food. The ambience was perfect! Loved it!

My evening was very enjoyable. The food was excellent the ambience was perfect and the staff did very well.
I also asked my girlfriend to marry me in front which also went off without a hitch. So I must say thank you and keep up the good work.

We finally got a wine list and our wine served just as the main course arrived. Pretty bummed considering we asked for a wine list when we were seated. Took forever to get the wine list and had to ask again as we ordered food.

We have been to many Ruth Chris Restaurants and this one makes me want to never return. We spent $517 to eat grizzle, under cooked potatoes and raw Brussel sprouts. We were there to celebrate our son’s college graduation and we did not want to ruin it by complaining or making a scene. We could of went to any other restaurant but chose Ruth Chris for its consistently. Unfortunately we were very disappointed and shocked so we paid our bill and left.

My family has eaten many times at our local Ruth Chris restaurant so figured ok to give this location a go. Unfortunately was Very disappointed not to mention was a birthday dinner. Lobster Mac and cheese was just warm not piping hot as the waiter bragged about their food. Mash potatoes came out cold and though they did bring new ones and they were little better however were remnant of fast food style not fresh homemade.
Overall very disappointing dinner that cost my family $300. Overpriced for the “quality” for this restaurant location and will not be returning to this place.
