First the good: our server James was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Attentive but not overly so. Now the not-so-good: the booth seats were worn—embarrassingly so. The lobster mac-n-cheese was mediocre at best; it was basically spirals in watery cream with some cheese and lobster chunks thrown on top. Filet ordered medium was medium rare. The women’s bathroom was disgusting! Clearly no one attended to it all night. Paper towels and such on the floor, the flooring all around the toilets was dirty and wet. Expected much more from an established brand name for fine dining.

We enjoyed everything about Ruth's Chris and have dined here many many times and it's always a great experience with amazing food. We can always count on Ruth's Chris to provide delicious and consistent food. This time, my husband got the special from the Sizzling portion of the menu and he had the filet and giant lobster tail, it was perfect! I got the filet and crab which was supposed to have lumps of crab but when the dish came, I did not think there was much crab meat and perhaps it was maybe 2 bites of crab, at most. I was surprised that the meal did not match the description and I was going to ask about it but it was so busy at the restaurant being that it was New Years Eve. Maybe it was a holiday so the kitchen overlooked how very little the amount of crab was but I definitely do not think it was worth the money.

Great food and experience overall. The food was incredible aside from the mashed potatoes which were still pretty good. I’ve been several times for different occasions and the steak weren’t up to my standards until today when i selected the cowboy ribeye. Highly recommend. Irvine RC location is a solid choice if you’re looking for a great experience and food.

The cowyboy ribeye was superb. Carter picked a good piece for us. Service was impeccable. Cheri recognized us and greeted us by name. Always great to dine at their Ruth' Chris location!

I went to the Irvine Ruth’s Chris with a couple of friends to celebrate the holidays and all of us thought it was one of the best meals we had all year. Service was also excellent. I’ve had some problems with rib eye steaks here in the past, so this time went with a filet and it was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. I will definitely be returning for another great steak and evening.

Our waiter, Barrett, was amazing. My steak was cooked perfectly. My husband loved his filet. Great place to enjoy a night out.

We had a very nice dinner celebrating my wife’s birthday. The food was excellent as was the service from Danny. The soup of the day was French onion and it could’ve been better. It wasn’t warm enough even though the ramekin was very hot.
