Cullen did a very nice job of making us feel both welcome and comfortable.
I know times are hard now but the service had no clue what they were doing at any point. Nice people but….
Lee was our waiter ( Georgia fan- Way to go bulldogs on your big win) he was so sweet and had a lot of knowledge on all the different steaks ..it was Delicious in a great experience….
Dana, with the assistance of Cullen and Garnette, not necessarily in this order, are always appreciated.
We intend to return time and time again.

I've been to Ruth Chris many times, last night the food just wasn't what it normally is.
Terrible service. Not worth the luxury mean nor a luxury experience from the start. We arrived early since it was a holiday and ended up waiting as 5 other tables were seated because they didn’t mark us as arrived. We had to ask for the waitress to clear glasses, plates etc to make room for our meal, later had to ask waitress to return to let her know steak was well done (took 5-10 minutes) instead of medium, manager did absolutely nothing but offer dessert we didn’t want. Potatoes were cold, béarnaise sauce was clumpy and cold. Would not recommend wasting your luxury meal here.
New year’s Eve.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to Ruth’s Chris, and now I remember why. Although they pride themselves on being a high quality steak house, I really wasn’t all that impressed. First, the food took a long time to come. We waited over an hour to get our food. Second, the waiter rarely came by. We sat with empty water glasses many different times. The bread was stale and cold. The steak was overcooked and not great flavor. The sides were ok. Overall, I’d say this is not a place I will come back to
The service and food was fabulous! We were very reluctant that the restaurant was open on Christmas.
We expected a high level of quality on all aspects of the dining experience and expensive cost but were significantly disappointed.
For example. I ordered the petite filet which was seemingly smaller than 8 ounces and was a very thin cut... my husband ordered the cowboy rib eye which was tougher like a chuck steak and cut very thin. The vegetables were also a letdown ...the asparagus were thin and fibrous. not plump and juicy. Mushrooms were very salty
For the cost of the meal we would expect the quality of the meal to be on par with Abe & Lou another high end steak house in various states. Our experience last night was on parallel with a diner.
Made our reservation in July with a request for an alcove table. Checked with the restaurant a few days before and an alcove was available per our request. Upon arrival there was going to be a one hour wait for an alcove and 30-45 for a table. Mickel at the fron was exceptionally rude and had the audacity to huff at us. Can’t say the other 3 at the hostess were exceptionally great either.
Reservations made n July should have been honored. Even knowing they had reservations to take care of they were still accepting walk-in customers.
Our food was great and Gina was an exceptional waitress. However all the tables around us had issues. One table got their dinner before their appetizers. Another the steaks were over cooked.
Called to talk to the manager and I assume the front desk didn’t give it to her as three days later we hadn’t heard a thing. I called corporate and found out that this is a franchise but they would also leave a message.
Finally got a phone call from a very unapologetic manager who was just as rude.
Why would a restaurant in today’s climate of all restaurants being short staffed pack a restaurant full? Why not have half a restaurant of happy customers than a restaurant full of mistakes, errors and unhappy customers.
I’m not done with this. My next move is to contact the franchise owners.

This was our 10th year in a row of doing our family Christmas dinner at your restaurant. As always, the food was very good and our service this year was exceptional.
As always the food was excellent the service was excellent although the prices are a little steep it was well worth the experience again thank you

The food was fantastic, but the service was not. Our waiter forgot to put in our appetizer order until 15 minutes after we ordered, which was annoying, but overlookable. However, he seemed to forget about us entirely throughout the meal. I'll still go back despite the poor service.
I took my staff there for company Christmas dinner. Outstanding as always.
Thanks to Dana and her extraordinary efforts in making things happen during a very stressful time. She was the only one working in the bar which included waiting on the booths, those seated at the bar and making drinks for the dining room, which was also very busy. Thanks again.
Fantastic eats, highly recommend for a date night.
Service was very good; food was very good but scallops were a bit ‘fishy’ in smell and taste; a Christmas gathering was going on in another room so the preparations were a bit noisy. However, the handicap stall wall in the women’s bathroom needed some major attention and the whole bathroom needed some deep cleaning.
Service was extremely slow. Waitress very pleasant but very very slow.
It was great having both Dana and Josh behind the bar. This was a very nice kickoff to a great holiday season.

The gracious staff at Greenville's Ruth's Chris made our Thanksgiving meal an experience we will long remember. We opted out of the traditional Thanksgiving dinner and enjoyed delicious steak instead. Every flavor was skillfully highlighted: the filets were like butter to cut and finished to perfection. From the first course to our delicious cups of French-pressed coffee, the atmosphere allowed us to focus on conversation and making memories. Thank you, Ruth's Chris!
Food was outstanding. Best shrimp cocktail I've had in a long time. Steaks we're beautiful and done just right. Lobster mac & cheese - yum! Service was excellent. Great experience.
Early Thanksgiving Eve dinner experience was stellar! Best service ever, food was spectacular, cocktails and wine were superior. Never disappointed when we come here!
