Food quality was very lacking. We have died at many Ruth Chris’s throughout the United States and this by far was the worst quality of all of them. Our service was excellent.

The food was okay. We have the Veal ravioli, it was cooked al dented but we preferred it a little more done and less chewy. The sauce was the best thing on the plate and we barely got any of it. We have the Au Gratin which is simply half potatoes and cheese with very little seasoning. We had the cowboy ribeye which was cooked great but lightly seasoned. The best thing we had from there was our sons cheeseburger, the meat was cooked and seasoned. I would rate our experience a 2 or 3 out of 10.

The food and service were excellent, and the environment was quiet. We dined there on our 50th wedding anniversary and the restaurant really made it a special occasion for us.

We had to wait to be seated about 10 minutes & once we were seated, we had to wait almost 10 minutes before the server came to our table & then we were ready for our order to be given, but once we gave the order, the waiter took it chose to split my order up, he just brought out my stuffed mushrooms only, I wanted my order together,meaning I ordered from the appetizer for my dinner ( crab cakes & stuffed mushrooms, sweet potato). My husband ordered New York strip & well and done, not burnt, so I asked the waiter to get another steak. We were at Ruth Chris on Mother’s Day & that’s what my husband ordered then & it was delicious, so that’s what he wanted again. The waiter never came back to our table to refresh our tea & water. I could understand if you guys were busy but that wasn’t the problem, bottom line, SERVICE WAS BAD & FOOD WASN’T AS GOOD AS IT NORMALLY IS!!!

Our server did an outstanding job. My guests ordered primarily steaks or the stuffed chicken. The chicken was great - the mushroom side was very good as well as the ravioli appetizer.

Our server , Brittney, was excellent! In an age when good customer service is so hard to find, Brittney made our night! She was awesome at attending all our needs particularly when we had our grandkids with us……never an easy feat for a fine dinner out. She really made our night and we are planning our next visit hopeful we will be able to sit in Brittney’s section again!!! The food at Ruth’s Chris was beyond our expectations! We order the stuffed mushroom, wedge salad, Caesar’s salad, seafood tower, steaks, creamed spinach and lyonnaise potatoes. Everything came out perfectly! Thank you!!!!
