    Reservation to celebrate 46th wedding anniverary. Table set with sparkly hearts and greetings. Servers were great, taking time - no rush to eat, congenial and efficient. Manager stopped by to greet us and wish us Happy Anniversary! Food was excellent, prepared perfectly, delicious.

    Our server David did a great job, so none of our bad experience was on him. Starting off, the valet didn’t know how to even move my car so it just sat (which I suppose is fine) other than it smelled like smoke so bad from him sitting In it for so long trying to figure it out, I had to pay $150 today to get it detailed . Here is a quick hit list of our issues with last night . Dirty silverware, dirty glass, cold bread, ordered fries as an appetizer, we ordered them well done (came out barely cooked ). David did try to make up for this by bringing a smaller portion later, but it’s clear he was trying to make up for stuff that wasn’t his fault. We each ordered medium rare steaks, mine came out medium well and hers raw , but we had waited a while and were hungry so we just at them. We would have told all of this to a manager, but one never came by the table to ask us how everything was going…Overall, we love Ruth’s Chris and go often, this was our first visit to this location(we moved here last week) and it’s not likely we will go back. It’s shocking to have a Ruth’s Chris have such bad food, especially on a night where the restaurant was mostly empty . The valet making my Lamborghini smell like smoke for 2 days is completely unacceptable, and I truly hope you fix that.

    Waiter and manager attention and service were wonderful - friendly, professional * non-attrusive. Food and drinks (specialties after dinner with dessert) were excellent. Can't wait to return!

    Very attentive and customer-focused staff, from the moment we entered, through the dining and payment. We didnt receive any acknowledgement or gratitude as we walked out though.
