Experience was amazing as usual. Our server, David, was amazing, tentative, but not over the top. Steaks were cooked perfectly. I like rare plus, and the did it perfectly! As a person that travels the country and has experienced multiple local and chain steak houses, this Ruth Chris is definitely on my list of a place to experience in northern Virginia.

It was a true dining experience. From the time we are welcomed into the restaurant,to meeting our waiter, greeting us throughout the meal and as we left, everyone was gracious and highly professional and knowledgeable. We had a great time.

My review is for the Casamigos Tastemaker event. The specially curated drinks were awesome, the food left a lot to be desired. Each course was mexican themed but lacked the flavors of mexican food. The main entree was a filet mignon, corn and potatoes. The only thing that rendered this meal to seem mexican were the pablano peppers. I will say that even though the food was not great, if you ate it and didn't associate it with being mexican food, it was okay. The ambiance and the energetic and friendly vibe of the guests and staff made up for the lackluster food. I will not even attempt the review of the dessert. I don't know what it was but it was lumpy, hard and unappealing.

Service was mediocre. We asked for a few minutes to look at the menu and the waiter didn’t come back from more than 15 min. Of our 4 steaks, 3 were severely undercooked (medium steak was literally rare, well done steaks were medium). A very half-hearted apology from a manager. We love Ruth’s Chris, but this experience was far below the standard we have come to expect. Very disappointing.

Had a great dinner with family to celebrate a birthday. The seafood tower was delicious and very stunning. All of the steaks were cooked to perfection and super flavorful!!
