   Great meal, great service! I have never had a bad meal or a bad server at this restaurant. 10’s all around.

   I went to have the brunch special steak Oscar Benedict. Most disappointing. Hardly a bite of crab. The asparagus was thin as a straw and cooked to a crisp. Really bad and unexpected.

   It’s been a few years since my last visit and this time we didn’t get steaks.4 of the 5 meals were very average. Guess we need to stick with steaks

   This was our first and most likely visiting this location. We have dined at the Raleigh and Cary locations previously. This location is not as upscale. Our server appeared to be new there and wasn't as familiar with the menu. He needed to be shadowed. I ordered a "Sparkling Sangria" and one of the main ingredients was missing, the "infused ice". It sets the drink a part for. My food was cold. This was a part of my Mother's Day celebration, very disappointed with service. From the initial greeting. The service was just not top notch for those prices.

   The steak was just plain bad. And it wasn’t just 1 steak, but all 5 with different cuts of meat. I was shocked.

   It’s an expense, so only works as special occasion on my budget BUT I’d absolutely do it again. The food was delicious, and service was impeccable. Deion, our server, is a credit to the establishment. He was kind and attentive, checking in at perfect intervals (not too often, nor too seldom). Dinner wasn’t rushed and there was plenty of time to enjoy each course before the next arrived. Definitely recommend!

   The food was great: steak and accompaniments including the table side bananas foster were superb. Service at table was below standard. I always enjoy this restaurant.

   Delicious meal with hubby celebrating our anniversary. Tina was terrific. Prompt attentive and friendly. Ambience always awesome

    We did a wine pairing dinner at Ruth's and we really happy about the whole deal. If you go to Ruth's, you know you will get an excellent steak. But the other four courses were also outstanding and showed real creativity.
