    Although the menu is a little smaller than pre-pandemic days the selections were all very good...the rib eye was cooked perfectly and great service as always...I do miss the sauteed mushrooms on the menu though... Always a great way to spend time together with good food and great friends1

    We had two filets, cooked exactly as we ordered. It was our 30th anniversary and my husband’s birthday and we were treated like royalty. Only issue was they ran out of French fries, which thoroughly bummed my husband out. However, they went above and beyond with service and a celebration compensation of a beautiful strawberries flambé. Two thumbs up! We’ll be back.

    We went on a Sunday evening and felt uncomfortable with the surroundings. Deserted! There was no security presence. My wife and I were seated on a padded bench with our backs to the wall looking into the dining area. It felt as though we were items on a display shelf. Service was extremely slow. Diners that were seated after us were served before us. We had a shared Porterhouse steak that was tasty albeit not as tender as expected for a $140 price tag. We do not plan on going back to this restaurant. We were at Hy's two months ago which was much better. In all fairness, Hy's was a bit more costly.

    The flavor was excellent and the portions were very reasonably sized. My party of two shared two appetizers, two sides, a tomahawk steak, and had some leftovers.

    A bit too dark for me & my husband (our elderly eyes had a difficult time reading the menu), but the staff was excellent- gracious friendly & nice and never condescending. Side dishes were fine but the chopped salad was especially tasty and our steaks were just perfect and great.

    They are cutting corners at the downtown Ruths Chris. First, they seated us by tghe servers drink station when there were at least 6 other tables that were empty all night, so they were not that busy. Then they promptly served bread, that had been microwaved and less than half warm, not their usual oven baked. The bread was obviously baked earlier in the day or yesterday. When I complained, after 20 years of going to Ruths Chris, she put them in the oven, and to get even, she made sure that it was close to the flame to burn the crust on the first one, then the ones after that were oven warmed, and not baked during the time. Trying to tell me that soggy half warmed microwaved bread was oven warmed was an insult. Then, I told her not to butterfly my guest's steak when she said it would be butterflyed, and she agreed to NOT butterfly the steak. But, it came butterflyed. Creamed spinach was not hot, had sit under a heat lamp for a period of time. Center cut filet had gristle, indicative of USDA choice and not USDA prime. So they think they are serving tourists downtown like they do in Waikiki, to a person who lives in walking distance of their restaurant, and obviously the management does not care enough to check on the help or the customers, as other RC's at least used to, in other locations in the US. Sad fall from grace. So much for impressing my guest from Germany. There are two other steakhouses that are in their category competing, so I will continue going there, and maybe try going back to RC downtown one more time in a few months, and hope that things improve.

    food were brought near table for 7 people and then turned back to kitchen for some reasons and brought back 7 or so minutes later. Don't know what caused that turn around and I missed asking the server. My steak was warm but not hot, half piece of rib eye was overcooked at medium versus medium rare. Plate was hot so that was good.

    Always love Thanksgiving dinner at Ruth’s Chris! Great food (moist turkey and gumbo soup are exceptional) and great service (our server Sean was perfect- smooth, polite, and quick) we always appreciate the take away gift we receive at checkout (we’d use it to make turkey sandwich on Friday). Will go back again next year 🦃

    the Mojito was poorly made with club soda or some gas water, then, after I sent it back and got a new one it was poorly made and did not have a mojito taste. There was no Mash process used for it. Someone dumpted mint leaves and lots of lime juice into the glass and it tasted like lime water, not a Mojito. I regret I did not follow thru with my original intent to get a turkey dinner and wanted the pumpkin cheesecake for desert but after being swayed to try steak the pumpkin cheesecake was not available to me. I left very disappointed in the whole experience.

    Server was good until we were done with our main course. It took a long time before the server came back to our table. Then we had to wait for someone to bring us the take out containers. Server dropped the lighter in the complimentary dessert. He did not offer to bring another dessert. Service was much better before.

    My girlfriend and I always visit Ruth’s Chris for our anniversary wherever we may be. We have dined at several locations and this was our best experience so far. We were served complimentary sparkling wine to start our evening. The Chef visited our table before our order and congratulated us on our anniversary and after our meal to ensure the meal was prepared to our expectations. To top it off they served us a complementary strawberry flambé!! Our server, Keola, was very attentive!! I would give them 10 starts, thank you for an unforgettable evening!
