    Ive dined at Ruth’s Chris about 10 times, mostly at the Waikiki location. The service at this location, restaurant row, is slow and lacking for a fine dining establishment. The managers/staff are also unaware of their concierge discount for the hospitality industry. I was advised by our server that I’m mistaken - it’s Morton’s that participates in this promotion, not Ruth’s Chris. Food was decent, but I’d rather dine at the Waikiki location for adequate service. We were also only provided mardi gras beads for my friend’s birthday and not offered a complimentary strawberry flambé as per usual.

    Can't go wrong with the porterhouse for two! Hefty portion size with enough to take home for another meal! Service by Sean and team was very attentive without being hovering. Ruth's Chris has become our go-to restaurant for any special occasion. Convenient location and ample parking are definitely a plus. Of course, you can't beat those hot plates sizzling with butter!

    This used to be one of our most favorite restaurants in Honolulu but we were disappointed with our dinning experience last night. We arrived early and waited at the bar ordering drinks however when the hostess was ready to take us to our table the bartender wanted us to pay before we left , we asked if it could carry over to our dinning bill but he insisted and we paid but he was not polite and seemed more interested in his tip. The hostess took us to a table on the side of the restaurant where no other diners were seated and which is near the bathrooms. We asked to be seated in the main dinning room which was 1/3 full. After being given water and menus we waited for our server who came 10 minutes later to take our order. Because it was my birthday he brought two glasses of complimentary champagne. We ordered the crab cake appetizer and the soup and then we waited 57 minutes for that to arrive. at no tome did any one ask us if we wanted anything, needed anything or informed us why it was taking so long. When the appetizers arrived after 57 minutes our waiter Alan came over to inquire what else we wanted and we ordered two Ruth Chris chopped salads. That took another 23 minutes to come to the table. At this point we told our server that we wanted to order our entrees and asked how long that would take to be served. After telling him what we wanted and how we wanted the steaks cooked he told us it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I asked him to bring the steaks when they were ready and the check.. At that point he apologized and said the kitchen was really backed up and that was his reason for the delays in serving us. He asked if we wanted any sides and we we told him no...at the point we wanted to eat and leave.We arrived at 6:15 and it was now 8:15...After we finished the steaks we asked for a take home box. Alan was given a credit card when he brought back the box. It was not a pleasant experience and not at all what we are accounted to...

    結婚式のためにハワイに来ているとお伝えしたため、新郎新婦にウェルカムシャンパンと、デザートストロベリー等々、お祝いして頂けました。 9名の団体かつ片言の英語しか話せない状態で伺ったので、何度か注文を忘れられた事もありましたが、お肉も前菜も美味しく、満足でした！ALANさんありがとう！

    We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Ruth’s Chris Steak House last night and we both agreed that it is one of our favorite restaurants in Honolulu. The service was excellent and the food was Delicious! We’ll definitely go back again and again and again!
