Great food and service as always.
The bar staff was preoccupied and inattentive There were only five customers at bar, at least ten available seats and two tenders. Totally unacceptable. A salad had to be sent back twice (how hard is it to make a salad with no onions?) prompting the manager to even come out to apologize for the kitchen. We probably wouldn’t have accepted a comp but one wasn’t even offered. I know Sunday night doesn’t bring out the A Team but this was truly horrible service for a Ruth’s Chris.
Slow service, plate broke, filet had to be sent back- grisly off tasting. Lyonnaise potatoes were under cooked.

The filet steak was cooked to perfection (medium). The crab cakes came out sizzling, as promised, and contained mostly crab meat with very little filler. The wait staff was very attentive. Desert was on the house -- vanilla ice cream and chocolate lava cake. The Motown background music was not appropriate, however.
My first filet had a long hair on it. I showed it to my server. The recook was a thin cut that was overdone. No one ever asked if this steak was ok and no manager visited our table. I did not want to embarrass my daughter on her birthday in front of her friends so I ate it. We frequent this restaurant and enjoy the ambiance and usually enjoy the food so much that we feel it is worth the price, but on this visit, we were surprised and disappointed that this was not addressed and that I had to pay for this poor quality meal.

We had reservations at Ruth’s Chris to celebrate our anniversary (which I mentioned when making the reservation). Since the start of the pandemic, we hadn’t been out to dinner for fear of crowds and for the safety of my husband who has health conditions that could be severely aggravated by Covid. As such, I asked if at all possible, that we get a table that was off to its self, or one that wasn’t very close to others. When I was called to confirm our reservation, the young lady on the phone acknowledged my request and offered a few options. She suggested one of their booths, which she described as “tucked away”, and I agreed that that sounded like a good option (although, I didn’t know exactly what “tucked away” would be once we arrived). When we got to the restaurant and were taken to our table, it was perfect! The booth was enclosed by walls on 3 sides, which made it feel completely secluded. We could not have been happier, or felt safer. All of the staff were wearing masks, which added to our sense of security. We were seated and told that our server would be Rachel, who arrived promptly to introduce herself and take our drink orders. She also went over the menu and wine list and then left us to decide on dinner, which we did, and she returned to take our order. From there, the evening just got better. Every staff member we encountered knew it was our anniversary and acknowledged it, making the evening even more special.
Rachel was such a delight! The service we received during the entire meal was top notch. We couldn’t have asked to be treated any better. She made great suggestions for food and wine and the whole experience was exceptional. Since it was a special occasion, we were showered with treats throughout the entire meal, which only added to the evening’s success. We felt like VIP’s!
We had a great meal. Steak was cooked to perfection and Erick took very good care of us. Would eat here again for sure

Great experience every time we come here. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is every server we have had has always felt like they were rushing to get us out of there. This time was no different, I wasn’t even done eating when our server wanted to box up the food and pack up our wine to go. For the price we are paying I would expect the service to match.

Our waiter Eric was outstanding. The supply chain problems everyone is experiencing caused some items to not be available that night, but no show stoppers for us. The 11oz filets were available and incredibly delicious along with bread, salad, creamed spinach, potatoes and dessert. And there was no shortage of wine! Highly recommend.
It was the perfect place for our Honeymoon dinner!

Ruth’s Chris of Asheville is outstanding. I got filet and shrimp and it didn’t disappoint. The Cheesy potatoes are the delicious and their Caesar salad is the Best!!
Our entire experience was perfect. Cody, our server, made our time personal and over the top with the right recommendations - he was amazing! Steaks were cooked perfectly and the lobster was so so tender. We took apple crisp to go and even then their attention to detail was supreme! 10/10, thank you Cody!!
We had a great time eating outside. They accommodated out dog. It was a bit noisy outside because of the cars driving by but the service and food was excellent.
One of the best if not the best Ruth's Chris anywhere.

Mediocre. Got placed in a rear corner with plain walls and no view at f the restaurant. Waitress was pushy on trying to over sell things. Food was mediocre. Last time for RC I’m afraid.

Although Ruth's Chris name has had a reputation for excellent fine dining, this location does not fit the bill. Service was fair at best. Waitress was missing in action most of the meal. Never asked if we needed another glass of wine. Or a coffee warm up. We would have experienced better service at the local IHOP! The food was prepared well, but you are paying the "extra" bucks for excellent service. Didn't happen here. Go elsewhere.
This is an old ruth chris… they need to update the restaurant. The steak was so well done, we order a petite filet medium to medium well still juicy and got a piece so burned and dry, horrible experience on my birthday.
