Ruth's Chris Steak House at Concord Plaza, San Antonio opened in 1993.
At Ruth's Chris, your steak is carefully selected from the finest USDA Prime beef available. It is aged to perfection and cut by hand at the restaurant. Then, your steak is broiled - to your exact order - at a searing 1800 degrees Fahrenheit to lock in the corn-fed flavor and natural juices. It's served hot and sizzling. In fact, you can actually hear your steak sizzling from across the room.

    Power of 100 is comprised of like-minded women dedicated to philanthropy, fellowship and a mission of helping those in need to better the community and have FUN while doing it. We gather quarterly for fundraising with a twist: food, beverage, fellowship and fun. There are no membership fees, dues, monthly meetings, tickets to sell, decorations to put up, auction items to be gathered. A fully tax deductible $100 commitment made by each member is made per meeting attended. Payable to the non-profit chosen by the group at each event.     We had the Ruth Classic fillet with lobster tail! Lobster was outstanding but filet was the worse I had ever there . Was tough and bland . That was disappointing because main reason we come is for the filet usually can almost cut with a fork but this was not very good .

    The waiters are Always so pleasant there. Everyone from the hostess to the young man clearing the dishes was exceptional.

From the moment we sat down, he went above and beyond to make our evening special. Gab treated our twins with such kindness and attention, and helped us celebrate a huge milestone—my wife being named District and Texas Teacher of the Year! He didn’t miss a beat, calling me by name, recommending the perfect tomahawk steak for the table, and even guiding us to a delicious dessert to end the night. His attention to detail and warm personality truly stood out. We’ll definitely be asking for Gabrielle the next time!

    We went for Happy Hour. Definitely one of our favorites. We shared a Caesar Salad & each ordered the Shrimp Voodoo. The salad was just the right size to share & the shrimp were prepared perfectly. So good!
