   We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. While most sat outside, the views were great from inside as well. The food we selected was salmon and chicken and we would recommend these, very good portions. If you enjoy wine, the wine list is the biggest I have seen from any restaurant. Thank-you to Chef Peter and Isabella, you made our night and we will be back because of how well we were taken care of by you. Thank-you, Chris and Lynne.

   Food was good, however the way the tables with the food were set up in a hall, and unfortunately we missed the seafood table as the person carving meat block us from seeing it. This was purely by accident, however if the tables were set up in an open area, we would not have missed it.

   Had reservation for 5:30pm. We were the only people in the restaurant. Playlist was relaxing and everything was top notch. My Ribeye was fantastic as well as the seasoning. Wife and son had porterhouse for two. Likely the best steak I have had.

   Isabelle as usual took excellent care of us & again provided an outstanding evening of attentive service. The Wine List is amazing and probably most extensive in Canmore. Best Cesar Salad in Canmore & delicious Scallop Appetizers. Ribeye steaks were juicy and cooked perfectly and accompanied by tasty Mash Potatoes & fresh Veggies. The Chicken was also moist and delicious. Watching a heard of Elk out on 18th fairway was entertaining and with the fireplace going it was the perfect atmosphere. Without question Rustica continues year after year to be the # 1 Steakhouse in Canmore ! We look forward to our next visit !

   We have a very good seats near the window, thank you! Beef wasn’t surprisingly amazed me. Green salad is great. Starter beef size is a bit smaller than what I thought. It was a great time for the dinner but nothing stunning for me to visit again.

   Back to a Steakhouse, and they made the cut! Food was delicious, steak cook perfectly, and the service from Isabelle is the best in town. Go and Enjoy!

   Usually like the restaurant. For $50 Easter brunch, there were extremely limited options, especially for someone who is gluten free. I would have expected more variety for that price point, especially when compared to other $50 brunches available in Canmore
   

   Rustica at Silvertip Golf ResortResponded on April 11, 2023Hi Alex, Sorry you feel that way, we felt there were many choices available, lamb, turkey for carving stations, Omelet stations, all breakfast proteins items, charcuteries, cheeses, chicken , vegetables ,potatoes ,lots of other choices and all gluten free, all comparable to other places around Canmore, we were shorted Gluten free bread on our order and we not able to provide gluten free toast, however we were able to accommodate gluten free Benny's, sorry again you were not happy with choices

    I’m a local in Canmore so I’ve been to Rustica on more than one occasion. Our last visit was great as it always is. I hadn’t been in quiet awhile and they had changed the seating and the new private high seating was nice and created a cosy feel for me and my dinner guest. All the food served was hot and tasty The steaks at Rustica are by far the best in the Bow Valley. That’s said there are many other places in the Bow Valley where the steaks are great as well which gives people lots of choices to dine at other places. Our server was attentive and gracious with her time but not intrusive. I apologize for not remembering her name. It is truly one of my favourite places to dine out in Canmore and they have an amazing wine list to boot. We had the salad and jumbo prawns for appetizers the Risotto main and I had the filet 7oz with Risotto side added And shared the chocolate mouse. They also served a palate cleaner in between appetizers and main course. Thank you chefs and servers for making our evening delightful! Bravo

    Wonderful food and service at Rustica! I had the tenderloin while my husband had the sirloin steak. And be sure to add the peppercorn sauce, it’s fantastic. The smashed potatoes and side veggies were perfect. Our server Stefanie was very friendly, courteous and attentive. We would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, as we liked it so much we went back a second time during our trip. BTW on the second time my husband had the Elk Tomahawk. He really liked it but thought the sirloin was superior.

    Hands down our favourite restaurant in Canmore (and there are so many to choose from!). From the ambience of the large stone fireplace, always with a fire glowing, to the incredible views out the window, the soft music playing, and, of course, the exquisite food. We've dined here many times and always come away more than satisfied. And the service is always impeccable. Merci Isabelle!

    Always excellent at Rustica. Went for date night and it was fabulous. Beautiful setting, Isabel provided great service and is a server that is unsurpassed in fine dining. Food was 5 star as was the wine list. You can’t go wrong when you book dinner here.

    Rustica is one of our favourite spots to dine. We went for Date Night which was really great value. It was a set 5 course menu. The food was nicely presented, well prepared and tasty. I found the dessert to be a little too sweet for my liking but my partner ate all of theirs. The service is always great. The courses were nicely spaced leaving us time to savour each course.

    Just had yet another fantastic night and our server tonight was Isabelle..food was fantastic, we had the best east coast oysters ever and the scallops to start, finished with the filet and strip loin and it’s hard to find fault in this place.
