   Food: Tomato Bisque - 10/10 Ahi Poke - Chefs Special - 10/10 Kids Tortellini - 10/10 Kids Chicken Tenders - 5/10 My daughter was not a fan of the chicken tenders. She took a bite and only ate the side order fries. She said the tenders tasted a bit pickleness. Waitress removed it from our bill, I appreciated the waitress for doing this seeing that my daughter did not like it.

   Used to eat here on a monthly basis but haven’t gone in a few months. Some changes to the menu, level of service and quality of food. Food took a long time to come out, one of the dishes being a salad. It was already 2pm and half the restaurant had left, so not sure what the reason was. No acknowledgement or explanation from our server. When food came out, both dishes (chicken parm sandwich and salad) had a hair in it. We brushed off the first one we found but the one in the salad was too hard to look past. Let the server know and he took it back with no real apology. Assuming it was the floor manager as he was dressed different than the other servers brought back a “new” salad shortly after that was obviously smaller for some reason and did not offer an apology either. Only made a joke about it not being his hair since he is bald. Disappointing and concerning for Nordstrom quality. Felt like a cheap diner.

   Ruscello has great food always with great service, whenever we're in town at Ala Moana, we make sure that we consider Ruscello at meal time.

   We both had the Turkey Club with fries. Very delicious. Bummers, the coffee machine was down at that time so no coffee. Jeremy was our waiter, very attentive. I also enjoy Rucello's.

   Great food, service, and atmosphere. Love their salads and soups. The tomato basil soup is the best!

   Server was very pleasant but not the attentive service of yesteryears. Not her fault but just the way it is now days.

   Love this place, the food is always hot and the portions are big. The service is top notch and I always feel like a VIP. Reservations are not hard to get and they accommodate if they are full.

   Our server, Mandy, was excellent. We were not rushed at all and all of our food was accurately provided. The lobster bisque we each had was delicious. Our entrees were the portobello mushroom ravioli and the chicken Parmesan sandwich both were excellent. The servings were more than generous. Since we were in Honolulu only for a day we couldn’t bring the leftovers home but we would have had enough for another meal if we had. The only complaint is that the restaurant was quite noisy. But I will still return as the food was so good.

    Celebrating a birthday. Waiter was fine, did his job. Food was okay, ambiance was fine. I was hoping for the ambiance and quality of food and service of old. It used to feel very cool and upbeat to dine at Nordstroms. Last night, it felt more like just sitting in a diner somewhere - nothing special but good. Price was reasonable for the 4 of us when considering other restaurant menus. Dining out nowadays is very expensive. Don't mind paying the $$ for excellent food and service but it's getting harder and harder to find those places nowadays.
