   Love this place, the food is always hot and the portions are big. The service is top notch and I always feel like a VIP. Reservations are not hard to get and they accommodate if they are full.

   Our server, Mandy, was excellent. We were not rushed at all and all of our food was accurately provided. The lobster bisque we each had was delicious. Our entrees were the portobello mushroom ravioli and the chicken Parmesan sandwich both were excellent. The servings were more than generous. Since we were in Honolulu only for a day we couldn’t bring the leftovers home but we would have had enough for another meal if we had. The only complaint is that the restaurant was quite noisy. But I will still return as the food was so good.

   Celebrating a birthday. Waiter was fine, did his job. Food was okay, ambiance was fine. I was hoping for the ambiance and quality of food and service of old. It used to feel very cool and upbeat to dine at Nordstroms. Last night, it felt more like just sitting in a diner somewhere - nothing special but good. Price was reasonable for the 4 of us when considering other restaurant menus. Dining out nowadays is very expensive. Don't mind paying the $$ for excellent food and service but it's getting harder and harder to find those places nowadays.

   We had a lovely time celebrating my mommy’s birthday. The food was excellent and yummy! And the service was outstanding! 🥰

   Food took a long time to arrive and was lukewarm. French fries were almost cold. Usually the best thing about Ruscello is the consistency in food quality. Our waitperson seemed stressed. I’ve had them numerous times so I figure it was not enough wait help. Same problem everyone has.
