   We had guests with us from overseas. Other than the food, our experience was not pleasant. The minute we walked in, we were told to wait. After 40 minutes of waiting, they apologized to us thinking it will be ok, and we were seated. We were excited to bring our guests to RPM Italian but it was disappointing. We have eaten at many top restaurants in Chicago, and the suburbs and many countries through our travels, so overall I would rate this restaurant fair. Unfortunately we will never dine at RPM Italian in the future. Hope you can use this as constructive feedback.

   Excellent service, our server Jessica was a delight. Food was excellent with generous portions. The desserts were unforgettable. Wine selection was fantastic. We look forward to our next visit.

   From the moment you enter the restaurant, everyone is attentive and welcoming. Our server was friendly and made a point of acknowledging the special event we were there to celebrate. The food was delicious and cocktails were also impeccable. Great evening!

   We had another amazing dinner at RPM. Everything from the appetizers, pasta, entrees, and desserts were fabulous! The service was also impeccable. Thank you for making our daughter's birthday dinner special! Jessica was outstanding!

   Hostess are the worst. The attitude they show its unacceptable. We made reservations and they made us to wait for extra 15 min then took us to wrong table. Instead of apologizing they were showing an attitude. It was mother’s day and these people had very little regards about ruining mood for the guests of the restaurant. Food took forever to get but was good. Overall experience was ruined just because people up front can’t do the job. Its not the first time we get this problem at this place. Its a complete different story with the RPM Italian in Las Vegas where from the beginning to the end you get top notch service

    Excellent food Server was great - hostess thou were a lost cause trying to sit people. It’s actually embarrassing they couldn’t handle something so simple.
