    Zach was an incredible waiter. He knew the menu inside and out!! Was very attentive with us. Excellent server!!!

    Our reservation was at 7:15. We were on time and had to wait 15 minutes for a table. The place was less than half full. They were out of lobster bisque and had no other soup alternative. The service was slow. Our filet had to be sent back to be cooked properly 2x.

    A hype disappointment. Very bad and slow service. 3+ hours to eat with long delays and disappearing server—ignored by server for at least 30 minutes. Food was horrible. Rare steaks came medium well etc. Will not be back

    We waited 2 hours for our food. People at tables around us were leaving with their meals to go because the kitchen was not keeping up.

    A big fan of Roy's. However, they ran out of lots of food (calamari, crab cakes to name a few). Ordered the special fish per the server Brooke's recommendation. She said it was very similar to monk/sea bass that was pan seared then baked with crusted macadamia on top and a lobster sauce. Sounds yummy! The fish was so so very dry even with the sauce. Nothing like monk/sea bass. Roy's you didn't get it right this time!

    It was interesting that at dinner time there were several items on the menu that were not available. Check your receipt! There is a 5% Wellness service charge added to the bill. The information about it was tucked under at the bottom of the receipt. Also received a call after leaving the restaurant saying that I paid the wrong bill and they needed to charge me for another table. I explained that I had checked my receipt before paying and that was incorrect. To which they replied it was a different reservation.

    The service was terrible, food took forever to arrive. The chicken was dried and too salty. The place is not properly managed.

    Server was not well educated on menu. Seemed annoyed. Ordered the seafood combo. The fish was dry and bland while having a not so fresh taste. Lobster bisque was very good.
