   Service was great! Our total meal took over 3 HOURS!! Unacceptable. One of our party’s fish wouldn’t even cut with a knife. They made a second dish and it was great. Just a suggestion…if you are too busy to serve food STOP taking customers!!!!!!! Food was very good but a 3 hour plus dinner just plain stinks!!! Gilberto is a great server!!! Not his fault. Gave us comped dessert….

   We sat outside, was a little cool because we were seated under the one heater that didn’t work. But the food and view was spectacular. I had the grouper and my daughter had the seafood special. Our waiter was exceptional and was very personable and attentive. The prices were in line with the quality of the food. We’ll definitely be back!

   It took over two hours to get our food. The fish came out room temperature, not hot. The waiter was awesome! He just couldn’t do anything about the kitchen. They claim they had a large group that’s orders came in before our. That’s why it took so long.

   Had a business lunch there. great view and food but awful service. i feel like we were forgotten about and once drinks and apps came it took forever to put our order in and then we had to ask another server to check on our food once we finally ordered.

   Roy's has never disappointed. We had the sea bass and the classic 4 seafood dish. The chocolate lava cake for desert tops off the experience.

   This is a nice restaurant, but it feels like the kind of place that is catering to too many pallets. If you're at a work conference everyone will love it, especially if someone else is paying, but if you're going on a date I'd look for somewhere else that provides a more unique experience for the price.

    Food was ok, VERY overpriced for what we received. Main course and desert were overcooked. Server was outstanding, but kitchen was very slow. Roy’s, you can do better.
