   If you need a nicer dinner spot in Ko O’lina, Roy’s is it. The service was top notch and the food was excellent. We had the Blackened Ahi, Short Ribs, Shrimp and tempura fis (sorry, I can’t remember what type) and the vegan entrees. The portions were not skimpy by any means. I alone had too much Ahi which never happens! The vegan entree was a nice surprise as it didn’t include mushrooms (the usual substitute) and was prepared in a unique way. We would definitely recommend and return again.

   Five of us each ordered different entrees and we were all absolutely delighted with our meals. Although we were full we ordered and shared the crème brûlée and chocolate chip skillet cookie. Both were excellent. This place is really great. Will definitely be back soon!

   Roy’s is always consistently good. Generous portion sizes and knowledge staff.

   There were children under the age of 10yrs climbing the rails and throwing food in the yard during dinner and the parents and restaurant did nothing. If I wanted to watch children during my experience at dinner I would have gone to Disney Hotel. Very disappointing. The food and service were excellent. Noah was a wonderful employee.

   We were surprised at the slow seating tonight. When we got there at our 5 pm reservation, we were taken to our table around 515 pm and then they mistakenly took my party of three to the private room. When they realized the mistake, we were walked back to the front which was fine but then they proceeded to seat everyone else after us first. We weren’t seated until 520 so that was slightly annoying. The rest of the evening went pretty smoothly. Kyle/lyle? did an awesome job serving. Our food was delicious as usual and served in a timely manner. We were celebrating a birthday and they brought my son dessert on the house. I’ll probably be back again. Hopefully it was an off night as the service and seating are usually smooth.

   Excellent service and great open view. Big Island burger was delicious. Juicy and full of flavor. It was a large serving, ended up taking half of it home.

    Not as good as prior visits. The service was slow and not particularly attentive. They finally brought our appetizer at the same time as our entree, which left the appetizer superfluous. The food was good but was not what was not exactly what was described in the menu without any explanation. The king crab stuffed potatoes had little or no king crab. The chef took liberties but seemingly at the customer's expense.
